It's a cool video, but it is incredibly stupid and reckless at the beginning, and contributes to the negative stigma some drivers have towards cyclists. No one should be doing this. The roads belong to everyone and should be used safely, it should not be used as your racing track. Any slight mistake made by or the drivers, and you could've caused some serious accident here.
Why don’t you do that in your country ! I’ve never seen this happening in Canada because If they get cut, they will a good fine for doing that, however they go to Mexico to do whatever they want and not getting any consequences.
I once did intervals on a road I didn't know. On the last interval I was doing 40+ km/h between two rows of cars standing at a red light. It went well, but I decided that I'm not doing that ever again. Here you just casually cruise between even more lanes of packed traffic at similar and even greater speeds. This is truly terrifying.

Such unnecessary, irresponsible, reckless cycling. Putting those poor truck and car drivers at risk of feeling guilty for having splattered your bones and brain all over the pavement, ... just cause you have a death wish??? Really???
100% extreme concentration from start to finish, 100% understanding of your own physical strength, bike control skills and bike acceleration, deceleration and braking performance, 100% familiarity with road conditions and extremely fast reaction time. Driving through heavy traffic at high speeds is similar to meditating, becoming one with the environment and not thinking about anything.
Regardless of our view on this...one thing is undeniable. The level of skill required. The reaction time and anticipation is up there with professional racing car drivers.
You really should not be doing this. It's not a case of you just risking your own life, you put drivers at risk of making dangerous split second decisions by riding this way. Also, if you get killed in an accident caused by this recklessness, some other person will have to live with having killed someone. This is downright immoral, and strictly speaking probably illegal as well
Normally a fan also, but not with this. It gives us a bad name and gets us hated. We try so hard to be accepted and respected on the roads. This is a huge NO and way too much risk and nonsense. Allthis passing??? Tractor trailers and cars with oncoming traffic. Sorry man, you risked your life and others lives also. Really not cool Brian. Sorry bud. I love cycling but not sketchy and very risky cycling. Good luck with surviving
I would agree with you, and indeed there were very sketchy moments. But I see a big difference between this and stuff the likes of Terry B's monster track videos. The difference is that Safa stays in traffic the whole time, he's quite only risking himself like everyone else on traffic with any vehicle, and he's risking less other people than a reckless car driver because you can only do so much damage with a bike. Meanwhile those other types of stuff I mentioned go into pedestrians all the time and even yell at them to stay off their line, actually being a danger and feeling entitled to being one. They are infuriating. This is just anxiety fuel.
@@ernestopreciado4895 sorry man, I totally disagree. They are putting everyone at risk. Put a motorcycle doing this and you want to shoot him because he is now telling everyone, look at how cool I am with all the risks I’m taking just to do a video for you. It’s making me famous even though you will all be hated with the 2% of the drivers that will hate us even more. Make all the efforts you want so we can have our place on the roads but I will keep screwing it up for you. Dude, this is not justifiable. I like the guy, but this is too much. 😉 they could have caused so many accidents! For what? Keep on riding hard and smart and keep on having fun 🤩

Also, if you get killed in an accident caused by this recklessness, some other person will have to live with having killed someone.
This is downright immoral, and strictly speaking probably illegal as well
geez... being at mercy of cars and trucks taking too tight lines is so unnecessarily dangerous.
take care, mate ❤
18:49 LOL
Que dios te cuide pero que no te guarde.
Que chingón verte de nuevo montando nuestra querida ciudad, un abrazo Safa!
PD; Aguas! 😂
Shutup with this nonsense. You don't speak for anyone except yourself. Stop trying to speak for me and others.
Heart in the mouth stuff but by God it's exciting to watch.
Way too lucky. You’re endangering yourself and all others on the road.
As far as it's a bike, he's just endangering himself, but please for whatever reason anyone wants to do this, DON'T DO IT!
jajaja no ma, hasta le safaste la defensa al coche blanco, de ahi el "safa" :D. Este ha sido el video que mas me ha hecho sudar las manos. Verga!!!
19:59 was close call AF.
1 or 2 seconds made all the difference 💀
He sees over cars, POV is lower. Doesn't make it any less sketchy though, that's for sure 😂
loco, la verdad tengo que aplaudirte , sos un animal , nunca vi nada parecido , estabas al filo del abismo , pura adrenalina entre todos esos coches y camiones , me gusta el ciclismo de carretera , pero prefiero estar yo solo en la carretera
18:47 🤭🤫😁
The bike control insane
Very dangerous and negligent, if you get into an accident, Who are you going to blame
Got to love gravity assist. Stay safe, great road biking videos, in 1st person.
Russian roulette
Note: Professional rider, on an open course. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME ✌🏻💀. If anything the safest side to pass (if there is one in this case) in on the curb/right side (unless there are cars turning right, then it’s a quick dive to the left 🤔. Awesome job Safa on making it through and not dying…🤘🏼😎.
