@elram7706 Just saw them in Minneapolis last week (posted the full show on UA-cam) and could not quite capture the awesomeness of her voice! but what a great band....
So looking forward to seeing this incredible band in Brighton, MA. It's been a minute since I found a new band that spellbinds and transfixes me and can't wait for more. So much talent and creativity, it's really inspiring, thank you!
Saw them play in Köln yesterday, as a support act for Future Islands. I think the were even better then this performance on KEXP ! I was BLOWN AWAY !!! What a FAN-F#@&/%&-TASTIC Band !!! They where very modest, asked the crowd If they were exited to see Future Islands. but there was absolutely NO reason to be modest ! They ROCKED !! Emily's voice is everything, from rough, to volatile to versatile, she plays a mean bass and she's a sweetheart! Jason's voice sounds great solo, and with Emily's ... his lead guitar is fantastic, and reminded me of lots of legendary indie bands ... Eric on his tiny drum set is brilliantly simple but effective, and the three of them really compliment each other. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@williamhermans2024 Holy crap, that would have been an amazing show to see, two fantastic bands that are great live. I totally agree with every bit of your comment. My first time seeing them was last week and managed to record their set (posted here!) and they just freaking blew me away in every possible way. What a wonderful band...
Emily's voice is amazing. Jason's riffs are groovy as hell. Eric works magic on two snares. My current favorite band. So sad no Detroit stop on this tour :(
That's one floor tom and one snare bud. Am fully aware I'm that guy. Sorry. Good job you came correct with the apostrophes or the lord knows what might have happened :) Agree with you though, they're very good.
Just saw these guys in Minneapolis and posted the full show here on UA-cam. Emily is just such a powerful singer and Jason is such an amazing guitarist (and he's a bit of a Tasmanian devil on stage!). And love the proto-drumming, amazing band.
It has got to be tough to write so many catchy tunes within the confines of guitar, bass, and two drums... but they keep delivering! Helps to have bad ass voices I s'pose.
Five albums in (after 2024's Poetry) and I cannot think of a single crap song that they have put out. Please go check my recording of their performance in Minneapolis last week, They freaking killed it...
dang, Window caught me off guard.. music is amazing.. I love being surprised by new sounds and rhythm and lyric; a never ending fount of literally infinite possibility and inspiration. music is arguably the singular human contribution to the universe which doesn't otherwise exist and cannot be replicated anywhere by nature alone.. this music requires our civilization and technology and - thankfully - good music truly brings out the best and most beautiful aspects of our otherwise tenuous humanity.. thanks KEXP, this week I really needed this
I know nothing about this band I discovered them from their cover of shivers.. but boy I’m loving their own material amazing guitar tone and love the harmonies in the vocals ..
I’m sorry I went over the top, each to their own I’m glad you found enjoyment in wet legs album but unfortunately for me it did not hit the desired spot. I wish you good fortune and wellness in all your future endeavours. King regards Jacob
Her vocals, my goodness! Phenomenal!
So incredible

KEXP always seems to bring out the best in bands. Great set they really delivered.
I think it's the great sound engineers. They have everyone sounding their best.

Love this band so much. Their performance in Montreal last October was probably the best live show of 2022. . . Energy, love, talent.
rocking a kramer for cleans only is something i am 1000% behind. super cool band!
One of my favourites band this past years !!!!
the number of harmonious noises she can produce with her voice while playing the bass in time is fuckin impressive. mad respect this trio

Haha I used to call it talent. Now it’s almost impossible.
But the only confinement is your imagination - which is limitless - so there are no confines. Right? 🤔✌️
Imagination is God@@danm68

What an angel
Billy Bragg meets Bruce Springsteen! My hope in music has been rejuvenated! ❤
Each year they get better... this is a really great band. Killer vocals, just enough instrument and drum, and good songwriting.
Wow at Glasgow!!

Dig it!!!
These Guys might be ; Very Good ! Keep Going !
Epic
Eric with the Lala Lala hat!
A party in a DIY space? Sounds like a London Punk Squat to me, but I am just an aging alcoholic with PTSD... lol... I am loving it!
What's better than Dehd? ....... Kevin Suggs, Kexp + Dehd.
Chicago music scene : She might be Right ,was happenning in N.Y.C. in 75_76 ,Exploded in 77 '!
I like how he doesn't use the whammy bar but just palms the fuckin Floyd rose the whole time
I can't stop listening to BAD LOVE and every time I listen to this song Emily gets more beautiful! 😎
Very old school 60’s vibe.

Jason looking like a young Dylan on here
6:23
Hey Jason finally has six strings on his guitar again!
This old man who grew up in the late 20th can't help but think of the Pixies
her voice reminds me of the iconic Brody Dalle
Neon green
Someone swap this man's Kramer for a Tele Deluxe.
Ha but it’s so perfect
Why not use a full drumset? As a drummer, it is maddening.
I miss NEHI 🙁
Same
Ça me rappelle un peu the cure hhhh ouais j’aime le punk

I heard on the radio in Chicago and thought lead singer was a guy; not saying a like it more or less just surprised
