The one servant for me to beat Hans is Francis Drake. She has both pierce invul and pierce def on her skill. If you have star dump ce give them to your supps. Make sure she has atleast 1 buster card. The rest is buff the hell out of her atk and critical and you can literally one shot him.

pretty sure top up services are available basically everywhere these days so try and find a good middleman in your region that can buy sqs
