I don't think any product could get a higher endorsement than this. Honda should send you a little commission check! Fantastic review and a testament to the longevity of a these machines if they are well maintained. You are working this machine and it is getting the job done. Exactly what I need for my farm/property. Fantastic review, thank you for sharing.
great quads,i have one the same , bought new in 2008 and used everyday on a hill farm some towing and gets some rough treatment ,now done nearly 85,000 km ,service once a year only major issue was an engine rebuild 2 years ago ,but gives milage no fault ,had the occasional brake cable and one propshaft bearing ,difficult to beat
You hav some pride for your gear. I'm the very same. Look after it. And it will look after you my thinking.. Oil is cheap I believe in servicing. Tighten those tappets lad.. 04mm gauge
I have a 2006 TRX 500 Rubicon that I bought new for $5800 I think it was. It looks exactly like this one in the video. It’s reliable and it runs good yet but I’ve either rebuilt the starter or replaced it quite a few times now. I put a Warn winch on it and grip warmer and I have 5 foot plow for it too.
Lovely Quad, it's spotless, I have an identical model and the box. They are a lovely Quad to drive, Had a slight problem with the carburettor over flow Needle valve sticking , A New needle valve sorted it out. These are supposed to be a far better quad than the new Honda's ? very interesting video Thank you, Maybe a Video on the Lovely Massey Ferguson Tractor something.
I got a 2014 Honda foreman TRX500 in June 2016 and it's been reliable if you factor out Hondas big cock up with the front left wheel bearing that shatters now and again £70 a time inc seals what gets tedious. Mines fuel injected and starts a little harder than yours but mine has the mechanical gear shifter what is better in my opinion as there was a couple ewes that broke oot next to granny's and the farmer had a 2015 fortax 420 and took 2x as long to get to 100kph along a smooth tar Mac road.
My Honda trx atein tyres too and the main dealer told me 5 to 6 psi in each corner was all it should have in - I thought he was talking shite but he was right - way better across mud then too. Try it when you get new boots
Been trying to find the video you did servicing this machine. Would be very grateful if you could give me a prompt to wheee it is. Going to have a go at servicing my own. Thank you.
Wish mine looked as tidy as yours...... My only complaint about mine is it lost 1st and 3rd gear (manual box) about 5 years ago...... Still pulls a snacker in 2nd mind! 😉

So why did you have to put a new starter on it for??? What was it doing to lead to that? Was your solenoid clicking during this process??

Adding water to make it look better is old, AMERICANS stopped doing this a long time ago. Catch up and man up.
