Yes, Bulgaria has definitely changed dramatically during the last 5 years or so. Literally, the whole country is under construction especially the bigger cities. Ruse, Stara Zagora, Burgas and of course Plovdiv.
Also, special thanks to the nice comments from Romania, you guys too have developed too. Hoping to completely remove our borders one day.

what's this a sponsored advert paid for by the bulgarian government - bright, shiny, modern and great for business, only the example of ubisoft is a bit of a diasaster...employing less than 200 people, some of them foreigners, is hardly a shining example of a business based in Bulgaria!
