Joe & Dave, you were the best partner of Mill City Roaster School.
I am from Korea. Not NORTH, but South. Anyway, frankly speaking, I've gotten lots of informations from Mill City Roasters. I've thought I do need to say thank you for helping me someday.
From Charging beans to Dropping it, scientific explanation to each roasting stage really satisfied me. Moreover, I'm really surprised to see there are more about Coffee roasting.
And, I think that it is really difficult thing that giving information and 'know how' to someone else. Even in UA-cam Online Videos... I really appreciate you. Thank you JOE, DAVE. really really much!

I love the way you teach how to roast coffee who you are professional and always have good knowledge to support your answers. Thanks so much. I'm not a coffee roaster now but I'm interested to be a coffee roaster in the future.

Great stuff Joe, don't worry you carry the show well by yourself...although I will miss The dynamics the two of you brought as a pair. Enjoy the good life Dave! Thanks much for all the excellent info and I will see the Millcity crew in two weeks at Roaster training.

Dave, the legend! Thankyou so much for your hard work in putting these things together! By far the best place to learn coffee, and you have sparked an unquenchable fire in myself and many others I'm sure. Thankyou, so much!

I’m so sad Dave won’t be on future videos but I wish him an amazing retirement and cup after cup of delicious coffee ☕️

I really love this all the videos. so much information, incredible. I do have one question which i cannot find an answer to and its very basic. So how do i choose a certain type of bean and how do i know how to roast it? feels like there is a formula for that, and i watch vid after vid but cannot really find an answer too this question. so if anybody knows this, help would be awesome
