Made sorpotel using your recipe and it turned out fantastic. I couldn’t believe my first attempt turned out so good thanks to you. 🥰 I used Goa jaggery though as I had some.
Robin you could definitely use white vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. Put a little less and then you can always add more depending on your taste. Enjoy 😊

I have always been intimidated by sorpotel coming from a family where my G'ma's version could never be surpassed! Hi Wendy. I love your recipes, They are easy to follow as your instructions are clear and simple. I have a quick question, can i use the same spices for the sorpotel if I use beef instead of pork. I have friends that do not eat pork and they miss out on this traditional dish.

Robin you could definitely use white vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. Put a little less and then you can always add more depending on your taste. Enjoy 😊

I have always been intimidated by sorpotel coming from a family where my G'ma's version could never be surpassed!
