The system is built like this for $$$, we can't win, not the PCP or the patient. A quota has to be met
Funny. Each time i go to my appointments I have to be there on time so I can hurry up and wait a half hour to get to the exam room and sometimes another half hour for someone to show up
I have been with my primary care for 20 years. Now he's joined Village Medical, I may have to find someone new.
Commercials are always saying to contact your doctor if you experience side effects etc, but you can't contact your doctor. Worse than that, you can't contact any of their staff. You have to call a huge call center that knows nothing about you, and is probably on the other side of the world.
It's obvious that Village Medical is trying to keep their doctors and patients as far apart as possible.
I don't know why YT recommeneded me this and why did i intentionally watch a ad but its a Good concept and way of dealing with patient 👍
My mother in law was a patient. I’m a nurse. I had to battle constantly for medications refills, they never called or refilled meds as appropriate, evaluation of respiratory issues, and basic care. I transferred her care to Oak Street Medical. Individualised care is so important. Her respiratory status? Let’s say, they missed something terminal.
Muy buena propaganda! Acabo de venir de mi cita medica y sieno que soy y siempre fui tratado como estando dentro de una fabrica. La Doctora solo lee las analiticas que le llegaron del laboratorio y ni indaga ni se preocupa profundamente de la vida (biologica-psico-afectiva) de sus pacientes. Va contrarreloj siempre apurada y emitiendo menos de 100 palabras en una consulta de menos de 5 minutos. PATETICO!!
This is a mill. You may see a dr and then never see them again. Even if you make an appointment you wind up with someone else either a np or a ps or some such. It is false advertising.
