Dead Space is a science fiction, survival horror video game originally published in 2008 by Electronic Arts. Dead Space was instantly a success, leading to multiple sequels including Dead Space 2, and Dead Space 3. Over the years Dead Space has grown into a survival horror video game classic. Dead Space was again released in January 2023 after receiving updates graphically and with quality of life updates. The 2023 re-release of Dead Space includes a completely rebuilt game boasting a more immersive experience for the player. Creators Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey worked to develop the game alongside Visceral Games and others. Dead Space is mainly set in the 26th century, a futuristic, dark setting, containing high levels of science fiction and horror elements. The protagonist of the Dead Space series is engineer Isaac Clarke. The story line goes that in the future the human race has set out to the starts to colonize the galaxy and other planets besides earth. Earth is dying and most of its natural resources have been depleted so humanity has began harvesting and colonizing other planets. Isaac Clarke is an engineer who is dispatched on a search and rescue mission to work on a "planet cracker" which is a large spaceship that mines materials out of planets for the humans to use. Isaac Clarke and his crew arrive on the Ishimura to discover that all communications are down, the spaceship appears abandoned, and no workers in site. After boarding the Ishimura to investigate Isaac and his crew are immediately attacked by violent grotesque monsters called "Necromorphs". These creatures were once human and have began morphing and mutating into horrifying creatures that will attack on sight to eat the living. Isaac and his crew are separated and being a journey to escape with their lives. Along the way Isaac hopes to find the love of his life he believes is trapped on the ship somewhere and hopefully uncover some answers. Isaac Clarke has no idea he has stumbled upon a powerful unholy cult. Isaac begins to suffer from hallucinations and little by little the story beings to reveal itself.

I normally don't use exploits or cheats because I want to experience the game the way it was intended. However, I beat the original game several times, and although that was years ago I feel like I have experienced the game the way it was intended. So, this time I am absolutely all in on trying to unlock all the weapons, upgrades, and smash through some Necromorphs now and in New Game+. Hope this helps everyone have some fun!

@@YourPalAlGaming I attempted to finally replay this game on impossible mode over a year later. I believe you pass this area at the start or Chapter 2 or 3 ? Anyway, when I went through this door where the elevator is located, there was a necromorph as soon as the door open (on Impossible mode). I was able to farm credits on my normal playthrough a year ago and this never happened. However due to AI redirect feature there were multiple necromorphs that appear at the bottom of the elevator, but none ever appeared by the save station and upgrade bench. My question is have you played it on Impossible mode and where in your opinion is the best/safest place to farm credits ? I know many say that Chapter 7 could possibly be the place to farm.

Buttons do you press on your post rifle R1 goes into machine mode 2mex on grenade rounds how do you dropped ammo and pick it up
what is the question? I don't think you can drop ammo. It can be crafted, bought, or picked up in the world but like most RPGs I don't believe you can drop and pickup items. Let me know if you have figured out how!
Very nice. What chapter do you recommend doing this exploit? As early as getting the pulse rifle or a later chapter?
Good question. The more upgraded your pulse rifle is the more money you make off the exploit. I would recommend doing it as soon as you have several upgrades on your pulse rifle. Youll make $50,000 instead of $20,000
Best place would be in Chapter 7 in my opinion. There's a room which has both an upgrading bench AND a shop inside. This means you can do this trick infinitely without the risk of triggering the AI Director and basically risk free
@@YourPalAlGaming Would you have to have the pulse rifle completely upgraded to earn 50,000 credits per attempt or do you only have to have 2 out of the 3 upgrades to earn the 50,000 ?
I'm doing it right after first getting the pulse rifle. Make sure to get the armor to get the extra slots. You'll start small but eventually you'll start tripling up money wise.

How many times can you multiply the pulse ammo before it crashes
Never crashed for me. I was on a PS5.
I'm sure you're done but just in case someone in the future sees I'd put the ammo in storage and save like every 50k spent. I spent like 200k took a good while too and then crash.
So the same exploit for the Detonator from dead space 2. Cool

Yep and deadspace 3. Just use the detonator.
Using the free detonator from the dlc you buy it ( free ) then you shoot the ammo and deactivate it and sell the gun back ( free ) and buy it again and repeat. Really good when you need to deal with low ammo in the hardest levels and difficulty.
Im on chapter 6 doing this damn everyone is doing this😂 and i understand this game enemies take more damage than in the original game upgrade or no upgrade
Also hate that it takes 5k to reset power nodes should have been 1k only

I believe so, yes. Some benches work better than others bc of their close proximity to the vendor
