Hello finn, Ive tried to look for a good calculatoe calculator that's for people below 15 but the ones I've come across I don't think they're accurate because they're telling me to have around 2000 calories and I'm only 5ft 5

I am a student and from a 3rd world country. I don't have time and money. And is a diet which consist rice, lentils, ghee, yogurt, and a random vegetable, does this dirt sounds good to you?

The biggest issue in Indian (or rice based) diets is that wild rice (which is very healthy) has been replaced by commercialized white rice which is the cause for major diabetes and issues like that in Indians. Also Indian dishes tend to have little protein which is problematic.

Good questions. If you do large cut like reducing alot of calories you will probably lose some focus. But it wont stunt your growth. 17 years old and above is probably the best age for cutting, anything below that you probably want to just focus on eating enough food to maximize growth.
1 question how tall r u im 6 5 n 16 still growing n getting in the calories is very hard how do u do it
Im quite a massive guy im 5'5. So if you struggling to put weight on then I wouldnt reccomend a body recomp. based on your height it sounds like you are probably not overweight so I would aim for a bulk instead. When it comes to getting the calories in try to eat calorie dense foods. So foods that have alot of calories that arent too filling. Examples would be peanut butter, salmon, alot of fats. I know this isnt the best sounding answer but you just gotta eat more. And an easy way to eat more calories without getting super full is to drink alot of protein shakes and eating more high calorie dense foods so you have more room to eat more. I hope this was helpful
