Gonna try that KB exercise with my unhinged clients. A few questions though. I'm really feeling this more in my back and not so much in my hammies. Am I potentially sticking the KB or is there something else at play? Also, I seem to naturally gravitate towards a more stiff legged execution where the knees are slightly behind the heels. Is this okay or should I actively seek out that vertical shin angle?
I would love to see a video of trap bar deadlift vs conventional deadlift vs sumo deadlift. The reason why I say this is because Kabuki sells an awesome trap bar which it promotes a lot for deadlift online but then all you see is Chris Duffin doing sumo deadlift on the awesome power barbell. A lot of confusion on the matter.
Branden and Branden and Kyle are so cool
This is frigging GOLD!
Thank you guys excellent tips that most ppl don’t think about! 👍🏽
