Your mystery character looks like he's Ares from the Hercules and Xena tv shows in the 90s. I believe the actor's name is Kevin Smith. And no it's not that Kevin Smith it's a different one.
The Deathscythe is indeed the robot spirits version & the Scorpio Milo and Ares Mu are knock off/bootlegs but still awesome quality. Glad you enjoyed everything we were able to send in
@@orinanime yeah they are....they are of great quality too. Really heavy diecast figures and some amor parts as well. And easier on the wallet too😂. If youd like i can get you a link to where i got them from...
I´ve always enjoyed this type of videos on your channel so much makes me discover things i didnt knew existed or simply view a few different things so glad ur doing this again dan
The saint seiya characters are: Mu from Aries (pink hair). and Milo from scorpio (blue hair). They are the gold Saints (most powerful that protect the god Athena). The original figures are from Bandai, and are die cast, the aren’t great for posing for how heavy they are, but they are great looking for a display)
It's a series that's beloved in its native Japan, as well as parts of Europe and South America. It just didn't hit hard over here when we got it like a decade and a half late during our late 90's/early 00's anime boom. It just didn't have the pull DBZ had at the time, and was considered too 80's and therefore out of date for most anime noobs. We did get a toyline from Ban-Dai, but it sold poorly. I didn't even get into the series until just after it was cleared out from most places, so I couldn't really collect for it at the time. But, yeah. If you like 1980's fighting anime (and you SHOULD), it's a great series. One of my favorites.
Nice score on that Revoltech Rei figure. Those only go up with price. I have this in the box. This series came out when the FOTN Ken's Rage series came out for PS3 & XBOX 360.
LOVE Saint Seiya, The Myth cloth EX line is a fantastic toy line (heads up those may be knock-offs and damn good ones too the originals tend to go $220 upwards) Somebody out there really loves you Dan . Some incredible toy drops there! Loving the frostbite Santa custom.
Great to see the Dan in the photo booth, go back to its original format. As much as I love the shows that you guys are doing over in Toy Galaxy, its great to see you start using this channel to go back to the original format and showing all the PO box stuff.
The Thundercats 2011 series is one of the best relaunches I have watched. Such a shame it was canceled early, but with 26 episodes you can burn through it in about a day or so.
Yep. And unlike the popular - and totally false - lie that no one watched it, it was cancelled simply because Nickelodeon didn't want to spend the money to make the show. Maybe the toys didn't sell enough, but it was money, not lack of viewership that ended the show.
12:15 is Ultimate Cannonbolt. Didn’t know you were going through the series. Looking forward to your take on it on the main channel. And isn’t 17:10 Kakuranger?
Long since answered, but the mystery man is Ares, god of war from 'Hercules: The Legendary Journeys' and 'Xena: Warrior Princess', played by the late New Zealand actor Kevin "no not that one" Smith, a good actor who sadly died quite young.
The Fist of the North Star Rei is the comic version of the character. The TV show version has blue hair (sadly the blue hair Rei figure I have only has 1 point of articulation for his mullet)
dig the snake-eyes, loved the Thundercats 2011 reboot wish I'd gotten the figures, and I'm pretty sure the Kenshiro Hokuto no Ken figure is from Ken's Rage the Dynasty Warriors-style game?! (that's what 'musou' is)
The Deadpool swords on custom Snake Eyes are clutch. My collections' Snake Eyes is posed with the red katana from black tank top Wolverine. Did the knife fit into it's scabbard on Snake Eyes?
The big figure looks very much like a '2000 AD' character called 'Nikolai Dante', but it can't, because he's never been made as an action figure. If he had been - then I'd have owned one, as he's a favourite character of mine. Nice looking figure, though.
I believe the black and silver mystery robot is Beast General Fighter Battle Gammer from Kakuranger, aka the Black Battle Borg from MMPR season...3? I wanna say 3
I have a question. Would you ever use one of those websites that manufacture missing pieces to your toys (like Shapeways) if you are just keeping the toy for yourself?
I thought the 12 inch figure was you in your rock band days lol jk . I really like the blue effect pieces, I bet you can come up with some great photos with that.
That's the Beast General Fighter Battle Gammer from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger. Better known in America as the Black Battle Borg from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 3. Snake Eyes with lips is fucking weird. 20:20 looks like Area from Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
I'm all about Snake eyes the original too. You know, before the ninja craze caught on and made him one full blown with swords and wolves and whatever... My Snake eyes used a fucking Uzi.
Your mystery character looks like he's Ares from the Hercules and Xena tv shows in the 90s. I believe the actor's name is Kevin Smith. And no it's not that Kevin Smith it's a different one.
That is Kevin Smith. He passed away in 2002. I loved him on both Hercules and Xena.
I was just about to post this is from Xena.
It's either the Aries figure from Xena/Hercules or whatever the warlord guy's name was from Warriors of Virtue (Smith's final role).
I wonder if they did a custom Mirror Universe version of the figure, Ares, God of Love (uh-huh!)
thats ares from hercules the legendary journey tv series.
Lol it's Heavy Metal Dan 🤣
You got it! Awesome!😁👍. Glad you got use it.😁👍
Isn’t that Ares from Hercules the Legendary Journey?
Exactly. I think that figure was part of the Xena: Warrior Princess line.
20:14 That is the 12 inch "Ares, The God of War" from Xena. I had all of those dolls as well as the figures.
The Deathscythe is indeed the robot spirits version & the Scorpio Milo and Ares Mu are knock off/bootlegs but still awesome quality. Glad you enjoyed everything we were able to send in
Those are bootlegs?!

@@chaos_vision2276 cool. No thanks. I'm not really all that into Saint Saiya. I was just impressed.
I´ve always enjoyed this type of videos on your channel so much makes me discover things i didnt knew existed or simply view a few different things so glad ur doing this again dan
As you said probably already looked it up but:
17:11 "KakuRanger - Beast General Fighters" Rereleases as "Battle Borgs for MMPR season 3"
“Articulated Mullet” was the name of my classic rock band during my freshman year in high school.
🤣 Nice!!
"Comes with Stand and Bass" was the band's greatest hits album name. A classic.
@@redactedname1253 😄
"Three points of articulation on the mullet" is nuts
Holiday edition Frostbite... not ice berg.... Also there is a great V1 head for snake eyes.
1:50 Frostbite, not Iceberg!
12" Ares from the Xena: warrior princess show.
Saint Saiya, the original anime, and the remake/reboot are both on Netflix
Saint seiya is overlooked and underrated. Good to see someone else has at least heard of it lol

Ares right, from Xena Warrior Princess? I also had not realized Kevin Tod Smith died nearly 20 years ago

The mystery figure is definitely Ares from Xena - I have a boxed version.
I hadn't really thought about in-universe how stupid it is for him to wear his clan symbol. Now, I won't be able to unsee that on my shelf.
@20:15, that's the warrior formally known as prince, lol, r.i.p
Lol It’s going to fill the comments, Frostbite 🥶, 😂
I had no idea this channel existed till now. I’ve missed Dan in the Photobooth so much.

Woah!!! Black Battle Borg!!! Might Morphin Alien Rangers, a serious rarity.
That's definitely Ares from the Xena/Hercules shows.
Wow 😲 so many great things! I love those Saint Seiya toys
Great video Mr Larson, Producer Greg MP ✌🏽👍🏽
Arise from Zena worrier process line.
Looking forward to the Number 500 video for your new Mando Set
It’s ares from Xena!
12:15 is Ultimate Cannonbolt. Didn’t know you were going through the series. Looking forward to your take on it on the main channel. And isn’t 17:10 Kakuranger?
The saint seiya figures are:
Scorpio Milo and Aries Mu
Two Gold Saints
Oh boy i still own that 3 inch Deadpool, i can confirm he is from the Wolverine movie
Long since answered, but the mystery man is Ares, god of war from 'Hercules: The Legendary Journeys' and 'Xena: Warrior Princess', played by the late New Zealand actor Kevin "no not that one" Smith, a good actor who sadly died quite young.

Really enjoy these little things. Great stuff Dan!
Dark nemesis was a character in the Age of Apocalypse series. One his four horsemen. In the comics he was called Holocaust. Obviously not pc.
Hot tip...if you do get the MOTU Hot Wheels, they pair nicely with those World's Smallest MOTU figures to make a nice Min-Eternia display.
Huh. No mention of the additional swords that came with Snake Eyes...
That's Ares from Zena
Is that Ares from the Xena line?
Kindve looks like ares from legend of Hercules TV show
Looks like the Xena Ares
Those are bootleg Saint Seiya figures.
The legit ones are made by Bandai.
Toy Galaxy studios has a great ring to it,a very magical place. Home to the Legendary Dan Larson and his Legion Of Fett and a pet Gizno.
Do a ZENA: Warrior Princess episode!! You have an ARES figure.....that you couldn’t recognise
The lack of HeMan and Skeletor killed the original line. Now they are killing it with too many.
To me the mystery character looks like the Sheriff of Rottingham from the Mel Brooks movie "Robin Hood: Men in Tights", played by actor Roger Rees
If you like transparent figures with internal skeletons, you need the Batman Beyond Blight figure. I think it even glows in the dark.
I have it.
The figure painted as Santa is Frostbite, not Iceberg.
Nice Gears of War figures, the Raiden figure from Mortal Kombat is Raiden from Mortal Kombat X
The Deadpool swords on custom Snake Eyes are clutch. My collections' Snake Eyes is posed with the red katana from black tank top Wolverine. Did the knife fit into it's scabbard on Snake Eyes?

In North America Saint Seiya became Knights of the zodiac and the theme song was 'I Ran' by Flock of seagulls. 🤘
Sorry by Bowling For Soup. Flock of Seagulls was the original lol.
23.18 we got tiny jesus
Tri-klops is TrapJaw, Kevin Flynn is Ram.. when will the madness end
wth someone gave out two gold saint seiya figs. Theyre like 150 bucks each
It looks like Kevin Smith a New Zealand actor, from the t.v series Xena? Could be totally wrong:/:)
Clearly that is the "sheriff of naughty-ham" from that 80s tape you parents had hiding under the bed...
That power rangers figure is the black rangers zord from alien rangers.
I believe the mystery man is actually a character called Barry Todador, I might be wrong.
I believe the black and silver mystery robot is Beast General Fighter Battle Gammer from Kakuranger, aka the Black Battle Borg from MMPR season...3? I wanna say 3
Ares God of War from Xena
it's not trap jaw it's ... oh , nm lol
I have a question. Would you ever use one of those websites that manufacture missing pieces to your toys (like Shapeways) if you are just keeping the toy for yourself?
The 12 inch action figure is Aries God of war frome the tv show Xena warrior princess.
I thought the 12 inch figure was you in your rock band days lol jk . I really like the blue effect pieces, I bet you can come up with some great photos with that.
Webstor has already been officially revealed as an upcoming figure. :)
Frostbite isn't it?
R.I.P. Ares...
Ares from Xena the warrior princess.
I live in Jacksonville.
You're suppose to remove the bottom of the blades before you put them into the hand of Kratos.
Does that Snake Eyes come with extra katanas, or was that something that the customizer threw in?
My Classified Snake Eyes only came with the 1 main sword, so unless this is a rerelease (like Scarlett) then those are extras that have been added.
I'm all about the original, no paint Snake Eyes.
I'm all about Snake eyes the original too. You know, before the ninja craze caught on and made him one full blown with swords and wolves and whatever... My Snake eyes used a fucking Uzi.

Kevin Smith
You don't know Ares from Xena/Hercules? Lol SHAME......
Saint seiya is one of the greatest anime/manga of all time, completly destroyed by gringo censorship
