When I was younger watching this movie with my mom, I would always ask her what that something was and just like the teapot told her son (sorry I forgot the names) she would reply “you’ll understand when you’re older.” I would be so intrigued by that and now looking back years later all grown up, I think of how special that something is now that’s in my own life. A lot of fans of the movie might not know the names of the objects because they are not important to the plot except for Chip at the climax who uses Maurice's invention to break open the door and free Belle from the cellar where Gaston has locked Belle and Maurice. During the popularity of Beauty and the Beast, there was a mini-activity book with a puzzle to which the answer was the name of the clock, showing that the objects weren't really important to the story. In case you are wondering, the clock's name is Cogsworth and the candelabrum's name is Lumiere.
