Valentino single handedly put motogp on the map and that's a fact. The sport would have never gained the popularity that it has today if it wasn't for his eccentric personality, intense rivalries and insane celebrations (apart from his pure speed of course). Someone someday (maybe marquez) could break his records, but the fact is people don't adore Vale for just his records, they adore him because he made it fun, he made it a show, he made it entertainment of the highest quality. It's not the same without him. He will be missed. Grazie Vale.
I totally agree
Agree. But not a show pls, that belongs to F1
Agree, but...when he got challenged, he turned it into a sh!tshow though, that's also facts....
Just like Schumacher in F1, Marquez will never be a legend in MotoGP. Winning at all costs is one thing but legends don't cheat.
@@nikoliesto9348 lol, We're probably not the same species.
He will always be the GOAT in MotoGP !! no other riders can match his level.. We all have the honor to witness this legend in our time.
Even Marc is amazing. I think It's great to say we were alive to see both of them and their amazing accomplishments
Grazie! ...si I am the GOAT 🌞🏆🌛😎
people said this about Akerfeldt, I dedicated part of my life to prove everyone wrong, and now he himself told me to join his band, GOATs are there to be defeated
I can not imagine if Rossi never move to Yamaha, how many worlds Champions he Will achieve
@@komangsuardana7273If he stays in Honda ? For sure more than 10 . Even as rookie in satellite team he could won 2 World Championship 😂
The last corner, last lap move on Lorenzo in Barcelona will go down as the greatest overtake in motorsports history. The only rider/driver to be loved by everyone no matter their nationality. A true legend, one of a kind. Enjoy your retirement Vale!
Keep the likes at 46
And the one at the corkscrew in laguna seca with stoner too!!!
these two laguna seca and valencia with to great rivals... it was so bad when the one who we should not name just make everything to copy the move.
Totally agree 👍
No doubt that was the most intense race ending I have ever seen in my life, pure class from two of the best riders that were competing for so many years
46 minutes, 59 seconds. #46 until the end... Coincidences don't exist 🤣 Grazie mille Vale for all the wonderful memories! 🏁🏍
I used to wake up early, in the middle of a rural town, moving an antenna bolted to the roof, just to tune into a foreign country free tv because I wanted to see Valentino racing. And I saw his success through all these years because he's a legend and, for me, the greatest ever. I'm glad he decided to end it when he wanted to, instead of on a crash.
The Doctor is legendary, so too the 46
I pictured that... great times !😎
Same here
On a different note, Suzy Perry is all class and does the subject matter justice. Rossi is super comfortable with her and she really made this feel like a conversation between friends.
She’s awesome brings funny and more open side of Rossi
I watched his first race and I watched his last. That will never happen again for any other rider. That says it all really.
😎😎😎
before rossi,I watched doohan,he was so good in racing, the way he was sliding back of his bike was unbelivable, after he retired,I said motogp wil be never the same then Rossi came and he replaced doohan,Rossi was not only very fast but he could entertain people with silly celebration,he changed motogp, made more fun to watch..
Seeing Rossi recounting his memories of his fallen friends in Marco and Nicky brought me undone again and makes me appreciate seeing Vale actually reach his retirement era and be able to enjoy living out his life post racing.
I’ve been a huge fan of motorcycle racing since the 70’s when Barry Sheene was in his prime. I have seen many talented riders over those years but none as special as Valentino Rossi. In my humble opinion he is the GOAT.
Agostini is the GOAT. He won across a much broader period of motorcycling, crazy speeds, low tech, dangerous circuits, roads courses, I could go on.
He truly is....With distance...
@@forddriver8827 nobody will remember aogostini as much as we do for Rossi
What an absolute icon! A wonderful man full of joy for life and the world to boot! Grazie Vale!
For me, he is the greatest motorcycle pilot of all the times. Same as was Ayrton Senna in F1, or Pelé in football.
21 years I've watched him and fell in love with this sport ever since. HoF for sure!!
The reason I started watching motorcycle racing. His personality, larger than life and his passion for the sport was evident
As much as its a shame Rossi lost in 2006 - it meant so much to Nicky that it made it worth while.
RIP 69
As a Rossi and MotoGP fan, I'm sure that Hayden-Honda deserved that title on Rossi-Yamaha.
Without the bad episode at Estoril (Pedrosa crashing out Hayden) there wouldn't have been any need of calculations at Valencia...
@@bragee Yes, I dislike Dani to this day because of that crash.
RIP Nicky.
More of a shame that Lorenzo and Marquez cheated him out of the 2015 title.
@@bragee That's nonsense. Rossi lost a win because of a technical problem and he was also taken out on the very first race
@@terrynicholson9273 Yep... And STILL he later became friends with Jorge. Jorge was at the ranch for Rossi' racing parties
the one and only , GOAT ... i have seen almost all his races from 125 to the very last and what a legend and ambassador for MotoGP he is .. Grazie Vale
Can't believe I missed this, what a fantastic documentary/story of the GOAT ♥️
Yes great job
Me too
Messiah of moto gp. Gracia's vale ❤
There isn't a single word to describe the brilliance of this man....
Rossi changed motogp forever , no one inspired me more to get back on the bike after every crash I had, he deserves his pages in the book of history.
In my country, we don't say, "Let's watch Motogp!" We say, "Let's watch Rossi!". Also I have a fun fact story, there was a time, that my city need to shut down our electricity because of maintenance and yeah that was on Sunday. But all the electrician were Rossi's fans also they waited until the race was over. Sadly Rossi had bad luck and he crashed and suddenly our electricity was shut down. Sorry my english is terrible :p
What makes Rossi great is LOVE…
No one LOVE’s MotoGP/Racing more than Rossi…
He finally stopped when he loved something else more…
…
only rider that left honda at his peak and won even more
On a slow yamaha also...Goat
Vale is just vale, no one could ever change him in MotoGP history. He's the champion in our heart, grazie vale. XOXO
Moto GP is not what it used to be without THE DOCTOR. I'm still watching but the magic is gone.
I am done unless I see any magic'
His academy boys are there making the championship better…PB63, Luca marini, bezzecchi
there is new guy on the horizon his name is razgatlioglu,if he comes to motogp,he wil be the next Rossi...
He will forever be my favourite! There are other riders that are absolutely incredible but to me he is King ! And will always be .
Grazie! 😁😎
Favourite sportsman of all time, no one will come close.
I appreciate the compliment 😁🌞🏆🌛
Valentino Rossi, MITO!!!🇧🇷🇧🇷👍✌️
@@😢4❤6😢
He is the real GOAT not only for the remarkable achievements in his long career, but also for his ability to impact at 360 degrees the motorsport. He will still be at the center of attention after many of his "enemies" are long gone and forgotten. Grazie mille Vale!
I'll never be able to forgive Marc for 2015, he's an incredible rider but at the same time the most unsportsmanlike rider of the lot
Yeah, Marc played very dirty
A living legend. More heart and passion for the sport than a lot of professional athletes.
He's so inspiring..GREATEST CHAMP
Salute the doctor, salute the master, salute Valentino Rossi... 👍👍👍😍😍😍
MotoGP wont ever be the same without this man :(
Yeah it will be a million times better
@@bullterror5Of course because VR46 legacy still on fire 🔥 🔥 🔥
A beautiful man and the the greatest of all time in so many ways, grazie Vale!
Your welcome 😎🌞🏆🌛
GRAZIE VALE! With
Young fellas should learn from his humbleness, which is one of the key for his success.
My first MotoGP race was Valentino winning his first 500cc title. Unknowingly, that was my first step in what will have been a legendary period.
Top , obrigado Rossi, foi do caralho!!! Foi épico!! Pra mim 10 vezes campeão!!
Tuve el honor de ver al Dotore en pista , en termas de rio hondo, dando clases a pilotos fantásticos de la mitad de su edad. One of a kind.
Rossi = the GOAT - enough said. But can I just say, another great interview from Suzi. Watched lots of various people interview Vale over his career and for me, Suzi always got the best out of him. They always seemed a pleasure rather than a chore for him.
I got the impression most riders didn’t like her. And Rossi was just polite.
@@Scoupe400 "...just polite." ??? He seemed to be enjoying himself most of the time during the interview. Haters gonna' hate...
🤣🤣yeah the goat who loved eating debris
They both have great people skills and love interacting with each other
He's just the best of all time. Always admired him. Feels a little bit strange without him on track this year. 💛💛💛
I'm not even a MotoGP fan but I am a Rossi fan and was so lucky to at least get a glimpse of him in Barcelona/Valencia back in 2017. He crashed on the third lap but the feeling of being at the track with a sea of Rossi fans (and it wasn't even in Italy) was really special. And I have some of the merch to prove it :)
32:46 "With Marc, we need to wait until 20-30 years", i believe it means waiting Baby Alien to mentally grown up as a MotoGP racer, i agree : )
The way he talks about super sic.. "..marco is the first rider of academy.."🥲
VR46 is a legend! It's a sad day when i watch motogp and there's yellow 46 in the grid, and now i'll root for his students especially pecco
Rossi & Loeb are the GOAT
love the respect that Suzi shows ..very emotional !!!
Loved this video with the highlight being Suzi's interview with Rossi. Great chemistry between them! All around a really good job from Suzi and all the team.
She is looking rough as now and he is still banging a supermodel
She was wonderful
He still remember all his rival. Unbelievable!
My favorite, always.
what sets him apart from others is it was not jsut his riding ability and the amount of world championships he won. But the personality, warmth and friendliness that he carried. There are many words to describe him LEGEND, GOAT etc
Valentino e un vero guerrero....
Great guy, great entertainer, true professional.
Thanks VR46 for unforgettable memories.
One of my fav MotoGP riders of all time, besides Mick Doohan.
VR46 has cemented his name as one of the best MotoGP riders of all time.
Besides, he's humble, friendly, and full of smiles to fans worldwide.
Anda memang terbaik, Rossi. Seorang juara yang sentiasa merendah diri.
-fans from Malaysia-
Hvala ti Vale!!! ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
What more could a fan have asked of him. What a legend.
I started to watch Moto GP in 2001 and saw this guy Rossi and he kept me coming back to see him race. I have watched all his races since 2001. Since he has retired I have not watched any more Moto GP races. I have lost all my excitement since he left. I will miss seeing him race. Thanks for all the thrills and excitement Mr Valentino Rossi
I started watching MotoGP because Vale. I was more in to cars but he converted me from cars to bikes. I am not gonna say any word about how great rider he ia because i don't know enough words. I know he retired but I will be searching for number 46 in all future races and will be imagining how he would be riding amoung those riders. What a legend
Grazie Vale!! ❤
Grazie Il Dottore! Incredibile tributo a una leggenda della MotoGP! Bravo!
Nervi d'acciaio!
Have always hoped Vale will go on to become a celebrity in his own right - he is a major entertainer and unbelievable ambassador for Motor sport and of course a fantastic motorcyclist.
No one will ever do for MotoGP what Vale has done. Legend as a title gets thrown around far too much. Not here… this man is 100% legend
14:32 The fact that he dident mention this rider by name i would say shows what kind of man Rossi really is. Even if we look beyond "that" incident, any MotoGP fan could se that there were some strange riding behavior in the last race of that season. We got this rider with a very aggressive riding style not making a move for the race win for several laps. Yeah that was very suspect.
Officially Rossi may have 9 championships but fans know he really have 10.
exactly bro
100% TRUE
Legend..there is no other word for him
Grazie! 🤘😎
simple an absolute icon!! and one of the best riders ever!!!
He is the best the world has seen. Love to see them go back to the 500s and see how the young blokes go up against him then.. amazing man.
Rossi what a legend man he clearly respects his toughest rivals like Lorenzo Stoner etc and Suzi and was brilliant with Rossi
Rossi is the MotoGP. Now MotoGP is on another level thanks to him. He will always be the best. 46
Although I started watching MotoGP late around 2012-2013, out of all the racers, Rossi really stood out for me because of his charisma, personality and everything else that followed.
What a champion.
There won't be another Rossi.
Legend
No rossi’s fans would ever forget what marquez and lorenzo did back then, now marq hit his karma really hard
A true legand. A great roll model and a fantastic person. Very unique individual
This is the true champion on and off the tracks, a driver of unblemished character. CONGRATULATIONS WORLD CHAMPION 👏.
1@@😢46
Because of this guy I find motoGP exciting and dramatic. Not just the impression of fast bikes racing against each other..
A game changer....with very little crashes and almost no injuries. Art.
U.N.I.C.O. Semplicemente VALE ROSSI..... Se esiste il sinonimo di velocità, ROSSI.
Fantastico.🔝 Anno 1997 Tavullia, birra e urla. Ti ho conosciuto gridando a squarciagola. Sei stato è sarai sempre il migliore. Sei incredibile.🏍️
Rossi not a doctor, he is a profesor... and now he is a living legend👍👍👍
Absolute legend of the sport
He singlehandedly put moto GP on the map
It was already on the map he just made it a bit bigger.
A fantastic documentary for a fantastic man.
Rossi is amongst the very small group of true Elite, top of the tree, sport defining bike racers.
For me, personally, as a racer & entertaining character combined, he sits at the top.
But purely based on racing alone, I have to put Mike ' The Bike' Hailwood as the best of all time and no arguments about it.
The best road racer of all time has to be 'Yer Maun' Joey Dunlop.
He was a special human being, the likes I don't think we will ever see again.
When Joey was killed in 2000 the amount of people that travelled to Ballymoney for his funeral & those at the Isle of Man procession was breathtakingly unreal, and he deserved every single moment of it.
Giacomo Agostini 'Ago' was truly special and deserves his place in that debate of just who is the best ever.
Rossi.....Rossi...... Rossi.....
Best of the modern era, no ifs no buts about it.
I think that is the best way to place him in this debate. I love the man. He is as special as any before him, but bike racing now is so very different to the decades before and impossible to compare truthfully.
I do miss him very much at the GP's.
Moto GP is not the same without him, but soooooo very much better off for having him.
Ciao Vale et Gracié.
Such a great documentary.
World-class work, for a world-class legend
Rossi pahlawan moto GP....Rossi is the real legend in moto GP.....salam hangat dari Vans moto GP Indonesia 🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨.....I Wish Valentino coming in Indonesia....Mandalika international circute menunnggu Valentino Rossi.....
Living legend
One of sports living legends, viva Valentino.
Valentino rossi is my heroes.. the best entertaiment rider and he is champion.. tidak semua rider bisa seperti nya.. nyentrik, entertain tapi juga juara..
I was born in 96 when he started his moto GP CAREER! WHAT A RIDE! Grazie VALE!
I was 32
Watching the new MotoGP season start without Rossi feels empty
I wont be watching anymore, who cares which Spaniard wins?
La mia infanzia. Quanti ricordi. Grande Vale. Rossi c’è
We love him here in the UK
Valentino isn't a legend, he's a God! The one and only reason I have watched bike racing. He made Moto GP popular and made millions of dollars for merchandisers, advertisers, organisers and the sport in general. If it wasn't for him most of the stars of the last 25yrs wouldn't have had a benchmark to aim for or indeed a target to shoot down! It definitely won't be the same without him!
He’s been a great role model and ambassador for the sport and throughout his career, putting aside all the wins and championships that’s all that anybody could ever ask for. And not easy to maintain during the ups and downs of life. Big respect to him.
“I was in front in Assen after I crashed”
What a memory!
Although I'm not a fan I always admired his success. He is really an Icon of the sport in spite everything that happened on & off the track against his rivals.
Rossi was really a game changer. 👏
47 Minutes is not long enough to describe the history the GOAT Of MotoGP need to have A 4 part documentary I was born in 91 So I grew up watching Rossi The whole way threw his career when MotoGP was on the BBC in late 90s through the dark times he had when he went from Honda to .Yamaha and lost the title at Valencia and all the epic battles with Casey Stoner gibernau Marco Melandri Lorenzo Biaggi capirossi we will never forget the race at Laguna of the greatest ever races full of drama all the way round and a small Ride through the gravel trap at the corkscrew
It actually "46" mins 59 secs 😉
It’s still not long enough LOL
Esse Valentino Rossi é phoda mesmo. Ele nunca vai saber que eu acho isso dele mas segue aqui minha vibe para o universo: "ESSE CARA É PHODA PACARALEO. OBRIGADO POR TUDO."
Valentino Rossi true legend in motogp, real legend, the entertaint, name of rossi to big for gp
So much has changed since the mid 90's. Its amazing that he was at the highest level of racing and competitive for so long.
THE reason I started to follow MotoGP!
Vr46 para sempre tatuado em meu corpo e no meu coração!
Ainda terei o prazer de apertar sua mão e o agradecer pelos domingos de pura felicidade!
A legend and a truly nice guy
Icon of all time
They should build the tallest statue of him while he's alive.
He is the God of racing
That was fantastic BT Sport. Thanks so much for sharing this.
