I hope they bring in a purely creative mode. I enjoy being creative and building, but i find mining and crafting a bit grindy and tedious. Still tempted to get this.
As I understand it, this is a one-man team, and he's said that there will be lots of updates. But given it's a one-man show, it might just take a bit of time. - Chris
@@PurePlayTV lol well he has my support thats for dam sure I'm buying this game on the 1st and gonna have a fucking blast on it ....hopefully they add a store you can buy stuff on because id be buying stuff just to support the game and its future. I'm gonna make me a Huge underground fort....and I hope someday this game also gets a Multiplayer

I think it's about £5 too much on PS5, but a great way to pass the time if you just want to build without having to think about survival or enemies or having to pause because of the enviroment, that's all done in No Man's Sky.
CyubeVR is a more relaxed and chilled environment and I treat it as such, for all those looking for Minecraft or No Man's Sky this isn't it because they already exist. This is more about creating a structure and figuring out how you're going to do it like creating scaffolding to build higher and placing torches so you can build or mine at night. Then removing them after it's finished and cleaning up after yourself which is not done in other games.
But if you want No Man's Sky convenience this is not it.
yeah it is shocking to me to see so many people praising this game on reddit even tho this is nothing more than a technical showcase, really. you can barely call this one a game, yet it's one of the most expensive vr projects on the ps store. it doesn't help that the roadmap has been up for years and pretty much nothing from it was implemented in the game to this day. the future doesn't look bright for this one.
I don't like Minecraft and even avoid building stuff in No Man's Sky, but I think this is great because it's simple, I go in and figure out how to build something in a chilled relaxing way and that's it. No zombies, no space travel, no survival etc. as those have already been done.
If there's a lot of people praising this it's probably because they want that chilled environment to do what you want in you're own time, if you don't like it that's OK, I purchased this as is plus mod support and not because of the road map. Also It costs less than a 14" pizza from Pizzhut
@@sonofclementexactly. It’s easily worth $30, unfortunately a lot of people these days have 0 attention span and never experienced anything prior to maybe ps3 but likely ps4…I just wish people learned how to use their brain and thoughts to create.

No enemies? No goal? Sucks. I can't play minecraft in other than survival. Still buying to support creatir but peolly will get bored really quick.
Things you mentioned are still planned. I follow the discord. This is all done by one person from what I hear. So it's quite phenomenal when you think of that.

@DWS2020 thanks, gonna wait for a sale too. It's crazy how so many just give empty hype. There's potential for sure but it's nice nowadays to get good updates.
It is sad when people knock on the psvr2 in a lot of bad articles (meta quest needs help with accessories and apple vision pro is triple the price even factoring in ps5). They're working on PC integration, and games like this or more optional stuff like demeo (or cave digger 2 update) helps a ton. Shame tiger blade is so crazy difficult and no updates for either a free roam (its a rail shooter but you manually prompt to move) mode or easy mode.

@DWS2020 I heard those have been planned for years, I don't follow the discord, just goin off of the other comments I've seen, but will the game have any big updates soon? The original comment is the reason I haven't bought in yet, I need more than just building in a game like this
30 quid is far too high for this. I'd happily build a cabin in beautiful woods for a tenner. But 30? No thanks. I'll jump into No Man's Sky instead.

Can’t afford 30? I’m certain you spend 30 on things like pizza etc…not affording 30 is an issue, maybe you need a break from games and need to focus on getting your financials in check. $30 shouldn’t be a thought

@@trantorthetroll8768it's not about affordability, it's about value. This game is worth 15 dollars at most in its current state. 30 dollars for a game that's been in basically alpha stage for 6 years isn't a good deal
@@trantorthetroll8768 he can probably afford it but simply doesn't think it's worth the money for what you get, I mean there isn't even water man, no creative mode no survival mode I've recently bought cyube and find it lacking in everything apart from the graphical aspect if I could get a refund I would, it's a shame we can't get Minecraft vr now that Microsoft have bought mojang
