I Called it.. I said running the entire month of may with the Indy 500 would pay dividends for Larson in the Brickyard 400. The last run was some of the best driving in a stock car at Indy I have ever witnessed. He was in the zone, in the moment, in the groove. However you want to describe it.Yung Money killed it! This will become a legendary clip like Dale Sr winning at Talladega. This proves Larson is the next great one and will carry the sport for the next decade.

Everyone had doubts about him when he was Johnsons crew chief. Now it's a fact he is a great one. Johnson is just not the same without Chad Knaus.

If your new to Nascar then you don't understand why the yellow wasn't thrown. But if your a vet you might understand that they needed the field to finish. How many cars ran out of gas on the cool down? about 10 cars. How many points would have been lost. A bunch. That would have been even more controversial.

In 2021 the 1st year on the road course kyle had that race in the bag. He won the Knoxville nationals the night before , he had a 5 second lead with under 5 to go and the freaking track came apart.....indy owed him ....
There was no stopping him. The questionable restart is the smallest factor in his victory. Looking forward to ringing the bell for this one at HMS
Yep, he was the fastest car out there and deserved the win. He has been robbed of several wins, this was a little justice served.

Compared to how awesome the Xfinity race finished, the Cup race felt like amateur hour at the end. The TV coverage jumping around certainly didn't help. Either way, the races need to be on the oval. Felt way more prestigious.
Kyle needs to use the Eagle Creek Airpark facility. I have flown in there on a private jet for the Indy 500.
Have u ever noticed kyle larson never but maybe a couple times went on the jr. Podcast after a win and jr. Didn't seem to like it and even mentioned the fact he had a deal with nascar for the winner to call in to his show but Larson hardly ever did lol but he's on the Harvick show lol

Since we are from near his original home, he is the only reason we follow Cup these days. In fact my wife worked in Elk Grove, Ca for 20 years.
I think Reddick, Larson and Bell make it fun to watch anymore tbh.

Say what you want....Larson drove from the rear and passed everyone...and was there up front for the restart. He would have gotten the lead and won anyway.

It's called respect. Hamlin has about the best throttle control in Cup, and almost every driver will tell you this. Of course, Larson, imho, is as good or better at every aspect of race craft as any other driver.

I can NOT emphasize this enough, There has NEVER been one single legal car that ever completed a race in NASCAR history, period. I’m sure some start and parks were legal, cause who cares, but no single vehicle that was ever intended to go the distance has ever been remotely not cheated up in multiple ways. If that bothers you, find a new sport, if you don’t believe it, you’re delusional. Yes, Hendrick cheats better than others.

Sorry….going from 3rd to starting first on that restart just doesn’t sit well with me.
That’s the rule. And it’s not like it matters. He was gonna win anyway. He was taking Brad and Blaney 3 wide going into 1, and he had the best car, is the best driver, and had about 50 laps fresher tires, and would have been the lowest on the track. Once the 5 passed the 11, the race was over, the ONLY thing that would have stopped him would have been if after they took the white, a caution came out so he couldn’t let Brad run out of fuel, cause he could have coasted then.
How does driving for 23rd the 3rd sit with you?

Yeah, drove from 23rd to 3rd in about 20 laps after overcvoming a RR issue and have a restart in the back about 1/3 of the way through the race.... totally had it handed to him.
