    running conversion reference:
    5:00 min/k = 8:03 min/mi
    4:21 min/k = 7:00 min/mi
    3:44 min/k = 6:00 min/mi
    3:07 min/k = 5:00 min/mi

    more or less back to that concept of run easy to run fast. the easy days are in literal terms EASY, so you can recovery and be ready for hard days and push your levels.
