Did Spartans Wear Body Armor?

Spartans were known to be the fiercest warriors in ancient Greece. The Spartan army was respected and feared for their military prowess and discipline on the battlefield. In this video, I have explained in Hindi whether Spartan warriors wore armor when they went to fight in the battlefield. I have also explained the spartan society, the warrior class and the 300 Spartans that fought in the Battle of Thermopylae.
