This is actually one of the better video reviews Ive seen. Awesome job, great explanations. Video so good I made a decision lol
I Just purchased these, I think they will be more durable than the Sony WH-1000XM5 I had that broke when I fell asleep with them on ONCE sitting on a couch. The right ear snapped at the swivel mount. There is only 1/4 in of metal that sticks into the band on the XM5s.
I feel like all these "new" models of headphones uses these materials that can easily breaks. I feel the same on the Sony WH-1000XM5. The light weight materials along with how thin the band is making it super easy to break. I guess I am just used to how the older headphones having retractable metal bands that feels more solid.
@@scottcol23 did you buy qc or qc ultra?? how was it? im torn between the 2. dont know what to buy
Hi, I just brought the quiet comfort, not ultra. While testing ANC, I realized the filtered noise are always louder on the right side, is this also try with your “QC” and/QC ultra? Also, comfort is very important, but I also preferred my music loud, clear and clean but also heavy bass. Does the ultra have more bass than the base QC and louder? Thx
I read that the ultra might use real leather? Was that true or not? Also that the headband and the ear cups are more padded? Was that true or not?
So the difference between the two is just a couple silly features that are pretty much in other head phones? I have my Air Pods Pro 1st Gen and they already include that features. You'd think immerse audio would be a standard feature in all these high end headphones.
I just bought the Bose Quiet Touch on Amazon for $200 while their Prime Sale is going on. Something tells me they are not going to be a disappointment by any means.
Bro it's metal
I picked me up mines on a super double excited lay away kinda killer deal bro. I would say the da QC edges but the Ultra works danm good. I will switch it up wiv da Senns an' da Sony B&W x8 Focal type vibe moving forward. Am I like one of u guys now with coming from ZMF wiv a Bottlehead Crack/ VIOLECTRIC set up warmer sound via dupletox?
awesome vide
i am torn between these 2. but ultra doesnt have passive wired i heard
yeah, theres that too. See my review comments above. on the fence for sure!
Great great video - SO ON THE FENCE on this one!! I have both. QCs, the buttons, the ease of use, and the reliability are huge plusses - the comfort is there but the Utras are more comfortable. Much harder to use for only 2 buttons. Pairing issues - connectivity issues - Sound quality is excellent. Wish they were louder, but the clarity really shines. You have to hold down the button for a long time to turn on, then it pairs, but the app said you are not paired. Its frustrating to find the volume slider and it wil take a lot of use to see if it is worth it. I now understand the Snapdragon, and yes the ability to go to Immersion mode is most likely worth the price of upgrade.
Can you test noise cancellation with concert noise?
Should i update the software of the bose qc ultra? As someone said that it may affect the ANC function of the head set.Thank you!
You turn the music on the side right by the buttons. 👍🏼
i definitely didn't like the sound of the plastic yokes on the ultra, when you were tapping on it lol , they sounded pretty decent tho in your sound demo , enjoyed your review!
That spacial stage test moving around was fun. I'd get these just for that. I can't decide between these and the momentum 4.
the ultras have an aluminium band....dont spread misinformation mate
slider is made of aluminum. The band are plastic. It's not bad because it keep the weight down, but I wouldn't say it's durable.
But in video, u said slider is made of plastic so don't show a diff face here@techbyleon
@@towhidraihan1073 It’s my opinion that it doesn’t feel durable, but you are free to buy it and test yourself.
@techbyleon sry but saying it's not durable vs saying it's fully made outta plastic is completely different! And yah, I have tasted it many times, compared with other headphones, I finally decided to order, and I did even. The build quality is great, better than XM5 which looks cheap compared to price.
The slider is made of metal. The whole headband is made from plastic, metal and foam. Plastic is used to keep the weight down also it's comfortable to wear for a longer period whereas a whole metal headband is not practical for a longer period, just look at Apple's one, uncomfortable to wear for a longer time.
Great video! It was really helpful and I really enjoyed the sound test. Idk why people are so hung up on what the headband is made of lol. Anyways I bought the Beats Studio Pro but did not like at all. I like my headphones with bass. I will be exchanging them for the Bose QC.
I’m getting Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Headphones next month
nice review..would of been nice if a mic test was done as well but still one of the better comparison videos I’ve seen
Please😊
Buy the oontz angle 3 ultra
Another outstanding review. I love the part on which the sound follows where the direction of your head when tilting. It's amazing to know that it is capable of mimicking the actual spacial awareness sound performance.
Btw, i didn't skip ads to show my support. I am now experiencing powerful bass with JBL TUNE 520 headpones! All thanks to your previous review in comparison and sound test. That helped me find the right fit for me on a budget scale. 🎧🔥 Keep it up Leon ! 💯
Hey thanks for the support and the kind words @gipatrickeds
You're welcome! Much appreciated! Please continue making great reviews. 💯 Cheers Leon! ✨
Dude the ultra bands are made of aluminum, get your facts right!
@@pigtorlaiwho cares? As long as they work well.
Dude the ultra bands are made of aluminum, get your facts right! In addition, why would you wear your earphones when testing the Bose headset?
I think you completely missed the point of the sound test.
So you admit you are wrong about the head bands then.@@techbyleon
@@pigtorlai Of course. I reached out to Bose and they confirm that the headbands are made up of Plastic, metal and Silicone.
@@techbyleonyou specifically mentioned the bands are made of plastic. Of course the entire Bose headset has got plastic, silicone and metal but I am focusing on your comment regarding the band being made on plastic. Don’t try to wriggle your way out of this ones, anyways disliked your video due to this misinformation.
