- OC - Point Pleasant Boro - 1335 Sunset Ave - Working Structure Fire
Around 2:00 PM Point Plesant Boro Police received a call for a reported working structure fire. On arrival on PD they found a working fire and entered the home and dry chem cans to try and knock down the fire. There were also two dogs inside while at first, only one made it out a FF went back in to grab the other dog. He was useful in removing the second dog. The first due truck was the ladder 7505 and 7500 asked for a can and overhaul tools to check for any extension of the fire into the walls or surrounding areas. The homeowner was checked out by Point Boro EMS and so was the dog. They did not stretch any lines and operated for about 45 mins at the scene before clearing. The cause of the fire is unknown att and is under investigation by the Ocean County Fire Marshals office.
That wolf dog is absolutely gorgeous, doesn’t look quite big enough to be all wolf, but his amber eyes and coat color is gorgeous.
So thankful they rescued the beautiful dog.
Just glad the dog got out ok
Same here, and pretty awesome shot of the EMT checking him out too. Hope everyone and everything is ok
@@stevenpivornik9982 Yea.
When the guy was holding the dog on the leash by the car out front, I could swear the dog was part Wolf! You can see the Wolf in his facial expression.
Great job by the Point Pleasant P.D. of putting out the fire.
May God Bless each and every one of you.
same here
I thought so as well.
Are wolf hybrids legal in NJ? May not be one in this case, just a mix maybe of GS and some breed with yellow eyes like that. There are some dog breeds with yellow eyes. But that blue/gray color is fantastic, whatever the mixes are. And I thought blue heelers lacking the orange tones and little to no large black spots were beautiful. This dog wins!
I'm so glad you mentioned that the dog was saved.
Those pesky people don’t matter, do they?
The FF’s didn’t go get the dog…the homeowner went in the house and go it. From what I saw at the beginning of the video the guy in the red shirt seemed to be yelling that the dog was still in the house but it didn’t seem to matter to the ff’s. So the guy went in himself
Whaching from uk I'm glad of you all in your job roll save people and animals ❤❤❤
It would be nice if they could save a house too...
Police, Fire Chief's, Fire marshal, EMS. Ohhhhhhh There's the fire truck.
Thank God for the PD
Great dog rescue. Great job everyone. Thanks for sharing...🤗🤗
Happy everyone, dog and home survived.
Beautiful dog. I wonder what he could say about all of this.
Unique looking dog. (Greyish dog)
From the fire…
Great catch on this one brother, awesome job by the PD, FD & EMS 👍
Neighborhood kids riding by on their bikes to check the place out.
The efforts killing me!
This looks like a minor fire which was put out with the extinguishers prior to the engines arriving. Good job from who3ver went in.
Hey guys, do you have patches, shirts, or hats made with your logo available for purchase?
Police always seem to be first on scene and I thought that FD Car carried BA?
my house was fully involved when Hillsborough Fire dept got there and they were one block away lost everything
Were they ACTUALLY in the station when the fire was reported though??
@@ffjsb yes they are paid outside of Tampa
@@postalfnj That has nothing to do with it. They could've been on another call, getting maintenance on the truck, or at a training exercise.
@@ffjsb it was midnight no training done that late
@@postalfnj Ok genius, they still could've been on another call. You think they're sitting they just waiting for YOUR emergency only??
There not huskies, but I would like to know what the breed actually is. Cool looking dogs, for sure!
Wolf, probably hybrid since not huge. Unless they are young. Only wolves and hybrids will have those true amber eyes. Not legal in all places either, so do your research if interested.
I’m assuming it’s a city / east coast thing. What are the wedges on some of the members helmets. Curious to learn different tactics.
Was this a paid or volunteer department?
Volunteer
@@peterarvanitis6497 But SHOULD be paid....
No they only do 500 calls a year
Cops always need to give directives. Ridiculous.
Wolf dog?
The new chiefs Tahoe looks nice. What unit was that ford expedition at the beginning of the vehicle
I love when PD starts directing FD units what to do and where to go 😂
No doubt a couple of them are probably volunteer firefighters too on off time we got plenty of they up by me The best is the police chief / fire chief
@@peterarvanitis6497 many are. The town also always sends the 3 officers on the street to all fire calls.
Heeeeeeee 😮
Zero urgency, geez.
U need to proofread the text
I’m not a writer. Don’t care much about the text the video speaks for itself.
The dog is a white husky. It turned grey from the smoke
You sure? You know the dog personally?
I was on the scene
@@Blud7654 Thanks! That clears it up. Appreciate you commenting from actual knowledge.
No it’s a wolf, probably a hybrid since it’s not larger. Could possibly be young as well, the amber eyes tell you what it is.
@@Blud7654 someone lied to you then if you are not being facetious. If that was a white dog it would have been in great breathing distress turning grey, lol 8:39 . I am a licensed Veterinary tech (nurse). It’s amber eyes tell you. A huskie would be blue or brown, more then likely blue if he was white but not necessarily. They are not legal every where. Some places you can only have hybrids others you can’t have either.
Is that scanner or portable
scanner radio receive only
Again, this video is painful to watch !!
I hope those patrol cars can hit a hydrant and get water on the fire? LOL!
Everybody stand around and wait for the food truck to arrive before we investigate and/or fight the fire with water.
This.
I hate it when cops try to be firefighters you have no protective equipment you can’t shoot a fire and your bullet proof vest isn’t going to save you from 3rd degree burns
FINALLY, someone brings a water can up, and then they just turn around and WALKS AWAY????? What the actual F????????????????????
Cops can’t help but tell the camera to move, without fail, everytime.
It's for your safety ,numbnutt
No way the dog was white before smoke started. He would die from smoke before his fur turned gray. Dog’s a saved that’s all it matters. Humans are safe to.
Are you on a lot of meds ?
Very lackadaisical fire fighters. Where are the firefighters 🚒 and water. Did I hear them correctly? Fire is out. Hummmm
Never trust the cops when it comes to fire, just sayin'... Lackadaisical is the N.J. state motto...
why in every one of your videos you seem to have a problem following orders? same issues many people pointed out in 1 of your brick fire videos.
Nah I know them personally they told me to step back and I did ? I was trying to see if Fire was coming out that window. I’m not going to get in someone’s way or put myself in danger I have eyeballs.
@@jerseyshorefireresponse It would be better if you actually got trained and volunteered since you seem to beat them to the fire by 5 minutes on average...
If there’s smoke theirs fire it’s not knocked down
He said in the description they stayed to check if it was hidden in the walls etc. the fire was out, just smoking hence the reason they stayed an additional 45 minutes looking and checking.
A lot of that is steam.
