I tried the auger or snake whatever you want to call it, my toilet will flush but it doesn't have any pressure it does that bubbly thing when all the water goes down and it takes a couple flushes to even get rid of what's in there. I think they might have been a toy that my kid put in there ,I've used Drano, liquid lightning which is sulfuric acid, and try to use dishwashing soap to lube up the pipes ,and then the snake but when I was twisting it, it was just wrapping up inside the hole it didn't seem like it was going through anything, I mean it was going somewhere cuz I got the whole thing in there but it was really just binding up . I live in a older house so does every toilet go up and then down on the inside? I'm just wondering if I need that type of auger
Hi Kevin, I'm sorry you are having plumbing issues. Did you get this resolved already? When using an auger, the metal cable will often connect to what is clogging the toilet and will remove it from the toilet when the cable is removed. It is also common for the auger to dislodge or push the item through the toilet into the drain system. When a homeowner knows exactly what is clogging the toilet we'd have to use our best judgement as to weather or not the auger should be used while the toilet is still attached. At times, it may be wise to uninstall the toilet to ensure the object doesn't exit the toilet and pass into the drain.
Hi Kim, that is a great question. Were you able to get this resolved? I apologize for the delayed response. My wife and I recently had a baby. When foreign objects are lodged inside of a toilet we have to consider what would happen if the object passes through the toilet into the drain pipes. It could create bigger problems. In my professional opinion, you may want to consider uninstalling the toilet to remove the soap. This will allow you to "catch and remove" the soap once it exits the toilet. I hope this helps. Let me know what other questions you may have. We love connecting with people are may be able to help via FaceTime if needed. Let us know.

How to unclog if it is a bar of soap

My toilet will not go down. We have no idea what our son put in the toilet. We tried everything but the auger any other tips?
Yes you have to lift your toilet out, my sons did it and we had to call a plumber and took toilet out and there were like 2 hot wheels toy little 🚗!
Who were responsible if you're a warranty company. Send a plumber to unclogged the toilet in a get this part stuck in the toilet.
