As a Canadian, I had not really heard of Katie Porter but I hope and pray that the US is blessed with more people like her in politics....
Practicality and common sense presented understandably and succinctly.
Listening to Katie made me realize how little trump has done, and is doing, for the average American. I know it doesn't sound it should be an epiphany but he has done nothing for us and everything to promote himself.
I think everyone liked his show the apprentice and that’s what they’re looking at him as he has made so many mistakes and he has caused people a lot of anguish he never tells the truth of what he saying his children lie just like him this is not a TV show this is real life people are hurting people have lost their jobs because he chose to say this isn’t real this is real people have died because of his lack of empathy children have died children are still in cages and after the judge told him to release the kids and give them back to their parents he has not done that.

He just for the rich and know one else if he believe in God the way he lie and say he do he would have took care of the poor what the bible say

Hell, Harper was and still is participating in Republican gatherings and federal/provincial Conservative parties are still strongly listening to him. On the subject of the CPP, I think that Kenny wants to run the CPP as an Alberta equivalent to the CPP. As to why Kenny would want Alberta to run a new bureaucracy... think of all this available money just gathering interests just lying there for the government to use! Unless laws are created to prevent the government from pillaging those funds...

@ Congress needs to review and update the process where key positions are filled " at the pleasure of the president". Trump has proven that this authority of the president to choose and dismiss these positions at his will can lead to corruption. Bill Barr is the head of the DOJ for the American people; not trumps personal attorney.

Every state is worth 10 points, and each candidate can get points from all of them based on percentages-for example, state A has a 60/40% split vote: 6 electoral votes go to one candidate and 4 to the other (or 80/20, 50/50 etc). That way, the big city states don’t decide for the entire country and everyone’s vote counts.
