I have been through more Hurricanes than I can count on my fingers and toes. I was literally born the day a Cat 4 hit our home in Mississippi(1969). I'm a ground-zero victim of Opal and Ivan. The community comes together like never before. The only thing they want is help. Water, gas, food, road workers, electric workers, FEMA, etc. No one wants a Presidential nominee rolling in and using the town as a Political Prop. It makes them mad. His parade most likely prevented the help they want from getting there faster. It does not matter if they are in the Cult. Hurricane season in the Atlantic/Caribbean area is between June 1-- November 30. It's the end of September, so yes, clearly right in the middle of the season. You'd think someone who has resided along the East Coast for years would know this, but alas I guess I've underestimated what a genius he truly is. "A little hurricane" during his crowd size speech is now called, "that's a big one" suddenly, and yep, "nobody thought this would be happening", except all the scientists who have been warning us of climate change. Yeah you don't even need to be a climate science expert to know hurricanes have gotten worse as time passes. It's part of the reason insurance companies are jacking Florida's homeowner insurance a lot to keep up or refusing to cover at all because it's only going to get worse.
