Hi, I'm a Vancouverite, and to explain the curbs - it rains here almost 50% of the year and those curbs keep water drainage away from "flooding" the grounds, and they cannot damage your RV (like, um, what speed do you drive over speed bumps? that which do loads more damage! so I'm sure you were driving onto that curb slower than 5 kph). Overall, a nice little video, and yes I agree Vancouer is a great place to experience city life in the middle of nature. Cheers.

It's sad you went all that way west and didn't take the ferry over to Vancouver Island. Maybe if you come this way again you will get a chance to visit. Lots of camping all over the Island and Victoria is an absolutely beautiful city on the southern tip of the island!
