I am happy with how my first leveling came out on the KBG. Possible plans to spot level next year and that should be good.

Amazing! I wish I could get my yard half leveled. I don’t even care about the grass growth at this point. I have about 3 acres of yard and I’m blessed to at least have a 60in zero turn. I have a bad problem with aeration, moles, drainage, and much more. I would be so happy to get it decently aerated and leveled out.
Pete that's a lot of work. I'm sure when it recovers that Connor Ward will be jealous of how your KBG lawn will look this summer 😉

I've used a sand and compost mix in the past. It's definitely my new go to material for any type of leveling or top dressing. 👍🏼
Ive got a shovel, a wheel barrow, a Levelawn tool and a strong back. After seeing what you did, I realize that I am never going to have a level lawn doing what Im doing. LOL.

Pete, you've got to get some GCI affiliates up here in Jersey. We'd pay good money to have a quality company we could trust to handle leveling large areas like this. All the crews up here are interested in is cutting as many properties as quickly as possible - and they do a bad job even at that.

I have Bermuda at my shop. Once you get Bermuda mixed in fescue it’s near impossible to remove it.

Yard looks amazing! Ever thought about planting some palm trees in your yard? There are several varieties that can survive here, ranging from small to large sizes. They’re evergreen and deer resistant as well. Been planting a ton down here in Stokesdale

How fast (or slow) should you move a roller across the yard to effectively roll it? I have a zero turn with a 48 inch pull behind roller and was curious on the speed at which I should be going to optimize the roller. Thanks I’m advance!

Any concern with spot seeding and pre-emergent still in the ground? After disrupting with core aeration are you concerned about opening windows for weeds?

How do you like the Turffloat compared to the other Connor Ward drag that you have?? Do you think you could do a comparison review between the two? I recently built the other drag a couple of months ago, and have been using it. It has its pros and cons. From watching the small amount of use in this video,…I kinda have my thoughts on the Turffloat.
It’s no comparison. The turf float is considerably better. Not even close.
