- A new Prefab Home is entering the US market with very competitive pricing. A lot of people request affordable prefab options in the comments of my videos but they can be few and far between. A new company has released a concept that they're saying will go into production this year aiming to produce 1000 units per month. In this video I talk about Vesta Homes, a new prefab home company with a line of ADUs with competitive pricing. Watch to learn more about Vesta Homes.

Excellent. Pricing is attainable for everyone. I was just looking at Cover Homes which are beautiful but start at $350K for 400 sq ft. Thanks for your dedication and non bias information.
Vesta representative here. First of all, thank you Kerry for the great video.
We know we have a lot to prove, and more info on our manufacturing process is coming soon.
Here to address a couple of questions I noticed and you can comment under this comment here if you have anything else that you would like to ask.
1. The closet at the rADU is put back-to-back with the floated central book-case. So you see the book-case from the living room and you see the closet from the bedroom area. Saw that this was a point that was not so clear.
2. The units are shown fully furnished in the renders. As Kerry mentioned, this will not be the result you get immediately after the units are installed. The structure provided will be turnkey and include fully functional bathroom and kitchen units. But the rest will be up to the customer. What you see on the renders is just what we as designers suggest as a good set up. We show in the renderings the POSSIBILITIES that our structure shall offer.
3. The bathroom. Maybe that is the catch Kerry was so desperate to find and the one many of you are possibly also wondering about. It is not the world's most spacious bathroom. It works and we plan to offer two different configurations of it, to chose from. But no, you will not be able to install a jakuzi in there. Strange as it might sound, the bathroom dimensions and proportions, are a HUGE part of what makes this design work. It allows us to tuck it at the back of the structure, not clogging up the middle of the space as most comparable ADU layouts do, and thus have a larger living room while keeping the kitchen and bed area defined. It also plays a part in keeping the cost down. As you might now, bathrooms are the most expensive per sq. ft. parts of a building. So smaller bathroom = cheaper build. The reason we opted to not show bathroom layout in the illustrations, is not just that it's not the crown jewel of the design, but also because it kept the readability of the rest of the layout higher, as the more info you put on a plan, the more the viewer's attention can get distracted and end up not noticing the features of our layout that we consider significant. Compromises have to be made in any work of architecture, and more so in cases where you're trying to hit the kind of price points we're talking about here. It is up to each user to decide, if the qualities afforded in the main areas of the structures, where one will be spending most of their time, is worth some compromise in utility areas that will be far less used.
4. I see lots of comments saying that our website does not seem to work or that some users can't contact us on facebook. You are probably looking at another Vesta, possibly having landed there after a Google search. Vesta was the name of the Roman goddess of the hearth, of home and of family and it is a popular name with house manufacturers, house equipment and furniture companies etc. Please follow the link at the video description that Kerry has provided, if you want to visit our proper website. Our website is working fine. We don't have a facebook page, we DO have an instagram profile, a link to which you can find on our website.
5. We get a huge amount of queries, both here and on our website, for the option of joining two rADUs side by side or for stacking them. Our products are designed with a specific segment of the market in mind. Those two FIRST models of Vesta are designed primarily as ADU units, a building typology that is meant to fit in a back yard, and thus putting two of them side by side does not make sense to us as that would produce structures way too big for most back yards. We intend to expand our product line, with options for complete family homes, including 2 and 3 bedroom models. Those will be just as well designed (actually they ARE just as well designed, as we have already designed them, we are just not releasing them) as the rADUs, and if you want a larger home, you will be much better off with our proprietary designs coming, than taking a bunch or rADUs and joining them or stacking them one on top of the other. We are good at this design thing. You can trust us on that.
Great to see you in the comments. Keeps it real!
Thank you for the clarification. Will the units ne rated for northern cold, snowy climates (Minnesota, Ontario...)?
What kind of mattress would fit that bed from the illustration? Looks quite short.
Thank you for answering the position question of the cabinet divider. There appears to be pocket doors or something that can close the bedroom from the living area: or am I just not seeing correctly.
How lucky are we to have Kerry keeping us looped in! If you're still answering questions, I'm wondering how weather-proof the house is (wind, flood, fire) and whether it's all electric and even net zero.
They're smart. A lot of these prefab companies are charging exorbitant prices per square foot. When you start looking at prices at some of the most populated parts of the world where they've been doing this kind of building for decades theres a HUGE difference. Granted they take a little more sweat equity and require a lot more research but most people are willing to do that to save tens of thousands ( hundreds?) of dollars. They are going to blow the market wide open with their reasonable pricing. Id be interested in seeing if they come out with something bigger.
Gotta love the pricing. Especially since it didn’t sacrifice looks. 😍
Ironically, I’m staying in an ADU during my stay in Miami. It’s more or less the same size as larger of the two models you showed in this video. The space is big enough. I like the layout of the rADU a lot. The corner bed and bathroom positioning is clever.🏅
You’ve started the new year with a bang Kerry. Nice work. Until the next update. 😎
Bang 🎉 Boom 💥 ( just saw this one )
Oooh Mister Kerry
I wish them good luck! Somebody needs to be the SpaceX of affordable housing. Why not them? 😊
Good one, Kerry! Perfect for my fantasy beach get-away.
🏆❣️ I'm 64, been living 8 years in a 400 sq ft park home. I LOVE tiny life! These Vesta designs look very smart! Their background in disaster relief is 👍. I'd love to get one of these as a companion cottage. Sure look forward to Kerry doing a follow-up on these!
Thanks for watching Sherry! I’ll follow up when the first prototype is done
Congratulations, Kerry! You've hit on one that actually IS affordable. Like others, I will be waiting to hear further details of these new homes in the future. Great video. Many thanks for all you do.
I can see this being very popular with young people and the tiny home fans. I would wonder about the quality of the kitchen cabinets, the appliances, the bathroom stuff, and that big storage wall. If they can produce decent quality for that price, it will be a very pleasant surprise.
Double the price and if still interested, probably right
if you're paying the budget price you gotta expect the budget version.
These units could be part of the solution for the unhoused.
A huge advantge is that it is pretty much one package except for the land and that's the problem you rarely get a good piece of land were you can put except for your parents backyard.
Nice. Even if they go a few thousand in the end above the original price it still could be something affordable for young couples starting out. I hope it ends up getting off the ground and succeeding. Good find Kary.
I will keep an eye on this one! I'm super excited for the possibilities! Thanks for your awesome content!
This is the kind of simple minimal house I would not mind getting somewhere in the middle of Utah just for the weekend getaway, great job as always Kerry! 👍
this is amazing, they have a private bedroom and an actual nice size living room. I hope there 3rd home is 400sqft or so
Kerry, EXCELLENT find!!! Only I think whomever they partner with will drive the price up. Id like to know insulation values. I'd also like to know where I can get a loan for one to be put on a piece of land. The one bedroom would be perfect for me!! I'm in a wheelchair so I'd keep the middle unit basic (probably four bookcases in a circular type set up using baskets/bins to contain smaller items.
I can take a couple steps safely so managing a small bathroom is easy. I'm excited!!!
Finally something under $50K that looks good! I would buy 2 units, keeping 1 as is and the other for a hobby room!
Hi, we build prefab tiny houses as well, video tours are available at my channel~
Love your show! A topic so needful in these harsh economic times and with increasing homelessness. Just goes to show with a little attitude adjustment we could be content with having our needs met rather than tying ourselves down with huge mortgages.
Sure do appreciate your hard work! One thing I would like to mention is that in my state of wa, in many areas a wood stove is not allowed unless it’s the only form of heat. This looks exactly like what many are clambering for with this pathetic economy.
If you're unhappy with this economy with record job growth, stock market highs and interest rates/inflation on their way down...Heyzeus Krispy!
Pathetic economy?? The economy is doing great!
@@evmcelroy you are hilarious.
@@evmcelroy The economy is doing great for those who are already taking advantage of it. CEOs, Billionaires, and those who don't need to look for affordable housing are thriving. In reality, where most of us live, this is not the case.
That skinny little fire-stove is gorgeous. Good thing it comes with the ADU because that's quite a specialist item.
OMG - Kerry ! These are awesome! I agree with you, the bigger one, the rADU is the better option. I would not place the bed that direction, in fact I would opt for a Murphy bed. The idea of shipping these in panels and assembling them at site, makes shipping a lot easier and makes them for feasible makes locations. Once again, great job Kerry. Your hair looks a bit wide but I blame the excitement. Keep up the wonderful work.
Ha ha ha about the hair!
Hope they keep to the low pricing and I agree, the larger model makes a lot of sense. Fingers crossed.
going to be fun to watch!
Thanks, Kerry!
Great possibilities. It will be important to see the finished product before making a decision. Thanks for the information. Another product to watch!
Kerry, this is quite a revolution (hence the "r"). Looking forward to your follow-ups on this company. I'm into practicality and multipurpose features (like the tabletop pulling out of the kitchen cabinet). I like their mention of making use of every square foot, wall space, and storage. Looking forward to more later on their website: mainly specs, durability and warranty; what the bookcase and other possible extras cost; floorplan blueprint, more photos, etc.
I can only speak for myself but when you say it will be old news by then, it won't be. You research and look into things and I really only watch your vids and all I know about prefabs is from you. Maybe you can find some that ppl that have settled into some units and interview them, especially if they made its environment look cool ,Id love to watch, Thanks for all of your hard work.
Love the video's Kerry... always entertaining at a minimum!
This is exactly what I was wishing you could find! I know you can't prove the units, and I do like your vids, but the pricing is often discouraging. Hopefully your influence helps interest more buyers and get the attention of manufacturers.
Hey Kerry!
Cool find. I definitely think the larger one is doable...cozy.
The older I get, the more appealing "cozy" gets.
However, i just realized that it doesn't seem to accommodate the one modern convince i can't live without...a washing machine.
❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️
I guess we could we could also buy a 1 or 2 car garage and put the washer and dryer in there.
Add the washer & dryer to where the work desk is at? Or remove the work desk, move the bed over to that corner, add a wall to split the space and add the washer & dryer in the far corner on the same wall as the bathroom. Maybe even put a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. Add a Murphy bed and you can keep the work desk!
Vesta rep here. Thank you for your feedback. One option would be to substitute part of the kitchen equipment with a washing machine. That would mean that you would have to do without an oven or the small roll out table and some drawers. Or you could go with a smaller fridge and take out the microwave and put the oven over the fridge. Also you could keep the microwave as well, if you follow that route and put it at one of the overhead kitchen cabinets.
Who really needs a separate area to work in. Why not work in the living room? I still like my idea better. Heck, remove the work desk, move the bed to that corner, and move the bathroom down a bit. Add a tub/shower combo. Add a stack washer/dryer next to the kitchen counter where the bathroom was.
@@VestaHomes_ actually some good ideas.
Especially omitting the oven. Some folks like me don't use the oven. A cook top, and a good toaster oven is really all I would need.
I really hope this one succeeds if it can actually deliver on its promises which of course we haven't seen yet from anyone much less a company nobody has heard about... However it might be a very clever option to go the SHEIN route, as awful as it sounds... Because clearly the asset-lite, small scale manufacturing 3rd party army style works well... Give local contractors simple IKEA-style designs and build plans and let them do the rest... It's how millions of identical homes across Canada were built under the CMHC housing scheme which of course has now been revived under the current federal government.. I know because I spent MOST of my childhood in Alberta living in rental units that were identical but different... I.e. the same Duplex plan was replicated across the country along with townhouses and Victory/Strawberry Box houses....
Very cool. I hope this happens.
For on my keeper list 🙂
Even I could afford one of these! IF they can meet their proposed pricing, these other companies with their $500 a square foot units or even Boxabl won’t stand a chance. That might be a really big IF, though.
Cannot complain about that pricing! Definitely a market for this price range. If you want high end materials you’ll need to pay for it
Hot dang! Great video Kerry! This looks promising and affordable. Also you got a comment from a Vesta rep. Way to go.🥶🖤🔔👍💓
Price is Fabulous!!!! I'll be keeping my eye on this new company to see how it pans out. I would probably use my own furniture or whatever I end up buying so. But the set up in this little jewel seems right & as if someone has taken the time to look at the whole picture & not just a piece of it. Good luck to them.
This one is very interesting 🤔 Nice and price accessible for many people.
i do believe the prices are possible because most tiny home prices are massively marked up. That said, using the “disaster relief” playbook does raise questions about durability over the long term. if these actually come true, and the quality is good, i’d seriously be interested in getting one!
This could be a good "instant" home for someone who wants to live on their property while a larger and better home is being built. Could later be used as a vacation rental or a temporary home for an elderly parent or for an adult son or daughter who is struggling to get full time employment.
Good find. 👍
It will be very interesting to find out how their manufacturing goes.
Not enough detail about building materials and specs yet (r-value?, snow load?), but we signed up for the pre-order list. This will be an interesting one to watch. Nice competition for Boxabl and Zenni. It's hard to believe they can pull this off based out of CA with its high operating costs.
California is a the hotbed leader of innovation, investment and incubation of new startups in every industry. Of course its in California.
Very true. I just haven't hard the words "affordable'" and "California" used in the same sentence in many decades. 🙂@@jr.6199
it sounds to good to be real! lets 🤞. This can be what im looking for since while a go here in California
Loving that bigger size. Makes me think of leveling my struggling 100yo cement block home and dropping one of these in its place when I retire in a few years. Simple and low cost! If I can manage a garage install with a charger and a bunch of solar, I might be off grid in the city 🤔
Love it. Great find! Thanks!!
Thanks, Kerry!! You’re right, this one is priced where, I think, a lot of your viewers are going to be REALLY interested in, including me. If they can ship anywhere, make the craftsmanship and the material quality high enough, they will sell TONS of these! So exciting!
Going to be fun to watch!
I like the larger one VERY much! These would be great temporary housing, student housing at universities, Mom or Dad pads, but not both. Neither is large enough for two who have accumulated a lifetime of stuff. I have tremendously downsized, but I still have things that I will keep and I will need room for them. Pricing is phenomenal, but remember one has to own land, too.
Very nice homes!
Thank you very much for featuring this beautiful home. It gives hope to those of us who crave simplicity and affordability. I hope this will become a reality soon. All the best to you, Kerry.
At last, an affordable studio or ADU! Thanks for being the FIRST to tell us about Vesta.
My pleasure! Thanks for watching
Chiming in to wish Vesta every success in this venture, as a project which appears to redefine affordability in housing. I'm looking forward to hearing great things about this company, of weather-enhanced versions suitable for the Gulf Coast, and of exports. Hopefully soon. Would also like to hear about the siting and erection requirements.
I really like the simplicity
I really like this one. Their website is very short on details, size, bathroom layout, raw materials, insulation etc.
Love both options! Need more details on materials. I’d rather have a decent ‘shell’, build out my own quality cabinets, and select/install appliances.
For sure, will update when the prototypes are done
In our midwestern area, you could expect to put between $6000 - $10,000 into site prep, depending how much work you can do yourself (cement & slab foundation vs. piers, well, septic & electric hookups, and a driveway). So you’d be looking at $30k-$35k. Very nice and affordable. The local building restrictions would be the toughest part - as an ADU it might get a pass, but harder as a stand-alone unit due to minimum square footage requirements.
Minimum square footage requirements are a war against the poor. Same with setbacks & other zoning designed to keep a certain density/look.
Well, looks like you'll be traveling to wherever a factory is & pretty soon, too. We hope. I hope. Let's all hope....
Really interested in the future of these! Love the channel, love the hair.
haha thank you!
Kerry, im so sorry to hear you have been getting beat up by your followers. They should try to do it on their own. Its not easy. I appreciate you and all you have d9ne.
Thank you, appreciate that
1000 units a month is an overly ambitious number that NO current manufacturer on the face of the earth can meet in production and logistics. The stated prices are surely factoring in the economies of scale based on that very questionable volume. I wish them luck. Very interested to see how this develops.
Unless they are making them somewhere in Asia or South America, shipping them to the US as flatpacks.
@@ckm-mkc SEE VIDEO AGAIN...KERRY SAID CALIFORNIA!!!!
@@edinstruction2011 Vesta rep here. Thank you for your comment. To be precise, Kerry said that the first prototypes will be built in California and that is correct. Our main manufacturing partners will not be based in California, or at least not only in California. Unfortunately that is all I can share at the moment. Thank you again for your participation in the discourse.
I don't blame you for overlooking that these are supposedly going to be manufactured in California, as given that state's nearly insane regulations, and business stiffling taxes it's the LAST place I would try to do this in. The more I look into this, the more spurious and bogus the scheme sounds. Not going to equate this with Theranos or FTX, but too many vaporware start ups have popped up in the modular or prefab housing field with incredibly great sounding claims to fuel interest by venture capilatists and other institutional investors. This has the hallmarks of being just that. a money net without a viable and scalable production plan.@@ckm-mkc
It is not overly ambitious.
Absolutely love how Vesta is positioning themselves in a very confident, competitive way from the very beginning.
I like the bigger one too, very nice and affordable, still curious about the materials used! As a person who knows very little(if anything at all) about architecture and/or design I would take their advice of waiting for other options coming, rather than stacking or joining together multiple rADUs, they seem to know what they're doing.
Will be keeping up with the updates and wishing good luck to Vesta Homes.
Thanks for watching
Thank you Kerry. Nice job.
Crushing it in 2024! Thanks Kerry. This is a really exciting "frugal" option.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Looks good Kerry!
smart...they’ll most likely kill the market...not so small, looks really good, and the price is great!
If the quality is even ok ( not premium) then other prefab manufacturers should just pack up and go home.
I think you just hit the home run 🏆 let’s hope they hit those projections. Way more informative than boxabl silence.
Thanks!
Still...much more info needed. Quality, level of livability especially in 4-season climates, and what's EXACTLY missing from it becoming livable. Thanks for the video, and we'll all be watching!
I agree, will definitely need a follow up
Hi, we build prefab tiny houses as well, video tours are available at my channel~
Price and look good!!!
This looks fantastic. Great job, Kerry. And at these prices, I could definitely see connecting one of each together (>$50K!!!) for a very roomy small house.
Thats a cool idea
Flat out amazing, stunned a Tiny House design like this can be done for the price mentioned- in California, known for higher prices than most of the US!
Will interesting to see how it all shakes out!
Kerry!! Greetings from Ontario and Happy New Year to you and yours!! This looks damn good and thanks for your efforts and ongoing presentations in 2024!! Stay safe and keep your stick on the ice!! REGARDS Jamie
Happy new year Jamie!
Great find! I’ll be watching
Excited to see the prototypes
WOW! The one bedroom all day. That’s pretty damn cool! Maybe the pricing will make other companies prefabs more affordable.
Very cool. Thank you for the information on this company. I’m definitely interested.
Glad you enjoyed it. Will update when the prototypes are done
I watch from far more south than most of you sre guys. I'm particularly interested in plans. If they can keep the finishings up to the standard they show for that price, they'll be highly requested. Congrats Kerry, you keep us updated and make us smile
thanks for watching!
Hello Kerry, both are fabulous and I would love to see these replacing mobile homes throughout the South here in the States. Especially after the yesterday with Tornadoes and Tornado warnings all day long. I would love to see also, communities with these homes for older people or singles over 50. I think we really need to change our housing in this country to help everyone live their best life. You take good care Kerry and keep up the fine work you do informing all of us. Be well everyone!
Once they make a proper 1 bedroom and 500 sq.ft under 100k. I'll be impressed. So far... great start.
I would get two of these and make alterations to connect them. The larger one could be the kitchen, dining room, living room, maybe office space and the smaller one a decent size bedroom with its own bathroom.
Agree.
Simple solution add window walled hallway connecting side by side at front of each unit with over roofing detail
I think this is one of your best picks so far 😁
glad you like it!
@@KerryTarnow ☺️
Will stay tuned. Signed, Intrigued. 😂 (it's Joe really) Thanks as always, Kerry for helping us keep up with breakneck paced industry. 👍🏼🙏
Thanks for watching Joe!!
Wow! Great find Kerry! Im skeptical based on price. But if they could keep it below $30k, for the 290sqft unit. I'd really consider them over Ilumhouse.
Thanks for watching! Glad you like it
These prices definitely are possible. ITH is currently building 128 Sq ft, and 160 Sq ft THOWS for the same prices. ITH can build about 300 per month in one factory. ITH has Modular certification now in Tennessee and Kentucky, where their homes are constructed. The differences: ITH are on a steel trailor, are built using insulated steel panels, and are fully assembled, but do not include a fridge, cooktop, microwave, or oven, and storage is limited to kitchen cabinets and a storage loft. These new Modular units in your video are not assembled, not on wheels, but do offer more storage and a larger footprint. They look like they are designed to go on a concrete pad, but perhaps the Vesta can also be placed on a concrete foundation. Can't wait to hear more about them!
That’s so cool. Would you mind share the full name of ITH? I could find it on google
These are great! It would be amazing if they can actually withstand the supply and demand! We shall see!
WOW ✨…You found my Home Sweet Home ❤❤❤… thanks Kerry✨😊❤️🤙🏾✨
Thanks for watching!
This is the 1st one that could actually be feasible for someone on a fixed income.
Is the fireplace an add on?
EXACTLY! SO many middle aged peeps like me struggling alone on disability and trying to make ends meet w/ car insurance and rent ugh TIMES ARE HARD!!! :(
I am totally loving the studio!
Woah... this is way too inexpensive. All joking aside, these look real promising. I hope this company can get all the ducks in a row, and we all have a new and more reasonable option. Thanks Kerry
You're going to get fewer complaints from me on this one. How is it that no one else has cracked the $100 per sq. ft. barrier on these homes? If I didn't own anything that I don't have in this house right now, this would work for me. But when I add my personal library into the matter, and the rest of my clothes, it suddenly ceases to do so. I'd love to see them build a 800 sq. ft. 1 bedroom for the same price per sq. ft.
I realize, of course, that most such builders use that much square footage for a 3 bedroom, not completely unreasonable, as that is about the size of the original Levittown homes, but all I'm asking for is something the size of the condo I used to have.
The other barrier they broke here is an aesthetic one. Usually what I can afford, I can barely stand to look at. If I like the style, I won't like the price.
@rpsmith2990 We think alike because even though I am alone I have been in my home now for 20 years and of course we accumulate things even though I recently cleaned out to move and it fell through I got rid of a ton so I could probably make this work as long as they allow a little customization what might work for you as well is omit the bookshelf completely because it's just in the way in the middle of the room and ask for the built-in bed to be on the other wall when you first come in on the right that way you can easily just put up a rod across from the side of the bathroom and use that wall for storage and shelving as your closet to keep your items and it will open the center space more! Then I would just put my TV where it is now on my desk against the wall on the left when you first walk in so I can see it from the kitchen I would put an island and love seat flush in front of it and I think that would work for me!
good job this is viable! and fitting of a description. made the sub worth it!! by a lot
thank you!
This company's attitude is going to make them a very loyal following with repeat customers and multiple-unit buyers if they can keep the large windows, good ceiling height, quality-living feel, at a good entry price. Excellent introduction to 2024, Kerry. I was getting a bit pre-fab-tired, from pricing. ...Just in the nick of time!
Good video! It will be interesting to see how Vesta could derive pricing before they've even partnered with outside vendors - not to mention carving out manufacturing time with them. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks!
Thanks for watching Lou!
Thank you Kerry. another well down presentation...and good find. I still want bigger but it's good to know our options.
Thanks for watching Marian!
This looks like an amazing design at an amazing price! I am curious about the materials comprising the walls and roof. Hopefully it will be built with termite-proof frame, insular, and exterior materials. I am also curious about the types of foundation/footing systems that could work effectively with one of these. At such an affordable unit price, more robust site preparation could be within reach without blowing my budget! Finally, I really appreciate them allowing for the buyer to furnish the unit themselves, opening up more options for arranging belongings inside. I wish them all the best as they seek manufacturing, distribution, and assembly partners who will uphold the high standards of quality befitting these excellent designs.
Finally more in line with reality!
Thanks!
You bet!
Very cool. I'm never living in a 100% wood frame house again so the steel/aluminum structure checks a huge box for me. Not clear if entire structure has steel or aluminum framing. I hope so!❤
Also, genius on waitlist.
WOW! Great way to start the week🤙😊
Thanks for watching Alisa!
You Yada Yadav’s over the best part! Just kidding! Great job as usual Kerry!
It's a great concept! ... unlike like your hair, which is a remarkable reality. ♥
Worth keeping an eye on. Exciting!
totally! thanks for watching
They looks promising, but I’d be curious if it has a dishwasher, even a small one. Washing dishes entirely by hand is bad enough, but using a small sink makes it extra frustrating.
And what would be awesome in a larger one would be a washer-dryer combo. Also, if a bed customized for the unit was part of it, they would be able why add extra storage under and inside the bed, similar to how luxury busses do it, why also making that bed more accessible for changing the sheets, which seems like a bitch here.
Also, does the bathroom have a small translucent window maybe? And ventilation? Those would be much appreciated.
Also a resizable port for a standard window AC for the main part of the home could be very helpful as well without adding much to cost.
And I hope the roof is at least a tiny bit slanted to prevent pooling water in the rain.
Definitely worth keeping an eye on though.
I love the price upfront change! I’d get excited then go “” WHATTT” ??
I wish you could find someone building these in NC or SC. I’m willing to ship and love Zennihome but the shipping costs a bunch.
Thanks for thinking of us seniors that want a piece of land but are living alone and don’t want a condo or a senior living facility!
I’ve watched all of your videos.. great service to us who want space and privacy.. maybe a cow or two and some chickens running around
Thank you! Appreciate you tuning into the videos. I stopped by to see the Zennihome prototypes last weekend. Check back at 3:30pm pst
You crack me up! Could hardly wait 'till you get over 100k views!!
Thanks!
Great looking, excellent price. Need to see it happen...
exactly
Any duct work that you saw? probably not for the price. Now we are cooking, buy one and have a second sent with just a bath and you have 800sf+.
I called a company awhile back about light steel for a 30 ft tiny home trailer the qoute was 30k which I knew was too but lets say thats a competitive price I can see them making a profit if they are using outside companies unless they are Walmart dictating what they will pay
