Installing a General Air Riser Mount Air Compressor and Replacing a Control Valve

The air compressor failed and the system tripped. When they shut the system off, the control valve broke and sprayed water out of the packings. We are replacing the compressor and control valve. Installing a General Air Products OLRV12016AC riser mount air compressor.

I use clear vinyl tubing and cut it to fit over the band clamp.

What is the reason you can not use Grease or other sealing materials on the pipe valves NFPA 13.4.5.2.3

Buy a general gasket punch
I am surprise you never tried sharpen pipe nipples. I had a set from 1/8 to 1 1,/4.

It would have made for a good video! Those horses don’t like me because I set off the fire alarms. They get all antsy when I come in. There is one that kicks the stable wall and it scares me every time! Lol
