I just did it tonight. very delicious and easy to make. Just I have to remember next time to not check the base and put upside down as I lost it in the sink when I did it :)))). had it to start over but worth it. Thank you for the delicious recipe.
The Happy Pear Way-rose! LOL Waitrose is a upper middle class supermarket here in the UK. I recalled seeing Tesco while I was in Rep of Ireland two summers ago, do you have Waitrose there?
Hello Happy Pear - your dessert looks absolutely divine! I can't wait to try it out - I know it's going to be delicious. Quick question though, can I use coconut cream (from a carton) rather than coconut milk, for the cream topping? What's the difference? Thank you x
Hi guys, what a cheerful video, Thank you. I have a question though. I can't seem to get creamy consistency with the coconut milk/s or creams that I have been using . They still very watery, even though I put banana in them and wiz it up that way to ticken it up a bit, still it doesnt seem to be doing the job. I don't know how your coconut milk looks, kind of tick almost like a cream. I wonder I best not to put it in the processor but hand whip it. Would that be better . What do you think ?
YOO DUDES! Hopefully this question doesn't seem too ridiculous. I was wondering if you happened to have the recipe converted to cups instead of grams? I tried to find out myself but I keep getting very different measurements and we want to make this with the correct measurements. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome!
LaDolcevita You can't get a firm coconut cream? Refrigerate two cans of coconut milk so that they chill. The coconut meat will firm up. Then, you just open the can and scrape the meat out. However, if you open the can, and the meat is at the bottom, pour the water off before scraping out the meat.
Great to see Waitrose have you on their bandwagon. I hope they help you to reach a wider audience.
Hopefully we'll make our way to the UK market next year. :D

Is it possible to substitute the coconut oil with sunflower oil?

Looks delicious guys! Would I need to serve this on a chiilled plate to keep it from melting?
what diameter is your cake tin please?
Ok his did you do this work of art?! I love to bake but I can’t seem to get my coconut to firm up this way?

looks good, but what are the measurements?
Hey Anayancy! There's a link to the ingredients in the description box 😁
i would add some salt to the caramel so its like salted caramel i think that would be delish!!
Nice, thanks so much for watching.
YO DUDES: VERY DELICIOUS!🥧🍫🤑
Can you make a vegan saffron cake PLZ?
nice idea! 😄👍
where are you guys from?
Paula Hopes Ireland
Did he just say White Rose TV??? :P
Just to be sure... hahahah
No doubt, your recipes are all amazing BUT they contain so much fat haha.. that's crazy ! :D
Haha yeah I agree
You can swap the nuts for oats in the base, still tastes great and much much lower in calories.
Great idea! Also adds more fiber and good carbs. Thank you! 😊
palat00 that fat will make ur skin glow and you healthy cause its excellent fat. Don't feel guilty. Just make it and indulge 🤗
The nuts are not a problem. The coconut oil and milk is insane though, especially in these amounts. Saturated fats, trans, heart disease city.
