      The Happy Pear Way-rose! LOL Waitrose is a upper middle class supermarket here in the UK. I recalled seeing Tesco while I was in Rep of Ireland two summers ago, do you have Waitrose there?

    Hello Happy Pear - your dessert looks absolutely divine! I can't wait to try it out - I know it's going to be delicious. Quick question though, can I use coconut cream (from a carton) rather than coconut milk, for the cream topping? What's the difference? Thank you x

    Is it possible to substitute the coconut oil with sunflower oil?

  • @6Pachamama

    Hi guys, what a cheerful video, Thank you. I have a question though. I
    can't seem to get creamy consistency with the coconut milk/s or creams
    that I have been using . They still very watery, even though I put
    banana in them and wiz it up that way to ticken it up a bit, still it
    doesnt seem to be doing the job. I don't know how your coconut milk
    looks, kind of tick almost like a cream. I wonder I best not to put it
    in the processor but hand whip it. Would that be better . What do you
    think ?

    YOO DUDES! Hopefully this question doesn't seem too ridiculous. I was wondering if you happened to have the recipe converted to cups instead of grams? I tried to find out myself but I keep getting very different measurements and we want to make this with the correct measurements. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome!

    Ok his did you do this work of art?! I love to bake but I can’t seem to get my coconut to firm up this way?

    • @daksmom1999
      @daksmom1999 6 років тому

      LaDolcevita You can't get a firm coconut cream? Refrigerate two cans of coconut milk so that they chill. The coconut meat will firm up. Then, you just open the can and scrape the meat out. However, if you open the can, and the meat is at the bottom, pour the water off before scraping out the meat.

      You can swap the nuts for oats in the base, still tastes great and much much lower in calories.

      The nuts are not a problem. The coconut oil and milk is insane though, especially in these amounts. Saturated fats, trans, heart disease city.
