Now that I know Leif edits the videos, he can say literally two words in a vlog but I still feel like I've learned so much about his personality. and it's hilarious LOL

Earliest I've ever been to one of Jaci's videos! Leif's editing is so funny and it's fun seeing him develop his own personal style.
Tip for making smoothies blend easier: add liquid BEFORE you add the remaining ingredients so it’ll blend smoother and the blades won’t be packed with fruit!

You can totally freeze bananas once they go black! (as long as they're not mouldy haha) I freeze mine when they're too soft to eat normally. bananas are ripe when they're all spotty! I hope thats helpful!

I started crying laughing with Leif's "what if it's not even born yet" freeze frame
everyone makes such pretty avocado toast and it looks so yummy, but I literally am in so much pain when I eat them. I went to Mexico and had the literal best guac I've ever tasted but I couldn't eat more than a bite I would probably eat so many of them if I could :(
