Btw Sanne, if you sometimes don't feel like marinating the plain tofu you should buy smoked tofu! It's so much tastier (and a bit quicker to prepare)! And it's usually the same price. :)
Good advice! If you thinly slice it and fry it off, it's kind of like bacon but then healthier and of course without killing pigs. In the Netherlands Ekoplaza sells a variety of smoked tofu's and they are so delicious!
i love that you are trying out veganism once a week! people try to focus so much on jumping into it so fast but any change you can make to help the earth is so important even if it's just one day a week or one meal a day!

I just wanted to say, Sanne, you have revolutionized my diet! I've been an on and off vegan for years and, in theory, my diet was supposed to have lots of fruit and vegetables. However, in practice this was often not the case! Now, trying out your recipes, I'm incorporating fruit and vegetables and super foods into every meal just because it tastes so good. I haven't wanted to eat dry cereal or chips (my big weaknesses) in over a month! So thank you. I appreciate your blogs very much.

I am on my way to plant based. Eat plant based when home, but not yet when I am out. First wanna be a 100% plastic free. My favourit breakfast is savoury oats. Oats with onion, garlic, green beans, carrot, turmeric, spinach, and a shit load of avocado and pumpkin seeds, flax seeds etc.

I eat moderately healthy/vegetarian and use the life sum app as well. I reallly struggle with my fat intake because they are accounting for all, even the healthy fats..so I usually don't feel so bad about exceeding my recommended fat intake for the day (which I go over almost EVERY DAY). One serving of healthy nuts boosts my fat intake almost halfway up for the day!! kind of ridiculous and I think they should modify that in the app somehow...But just wanted to say that I always love your content, food especially!!! keep it up :)

Turmeric is a good antioxidant but it needs black pepper to be absorbed, which is why turmeric supplements include a black pepper extract. Maybe you could just add it to this recipe 👌🏼

Hi! I don’t have cheat days I just eat healthy. In Europe growing up my parents never fed us extra sugar or sweets so I grew up with a taste for cheese and maybe dark chocolates. In the country side where I grew up a lot of us eat fresh foods every day. I can make maybe video about healthy dessert options? Xx

In India we eat exact these kind of curries... but here we use mustered oil/peanut oil/ vegetable oil instead of olive oil..and some more different spices😅

I always think about things as what is best for both people and myself. Sometimes moving on and letting go are best, but that really depends on your heart. You should always take care of yourself to make sure that you are at your best. If you are in Philadelphia maybe we can organize a day where we have a small meet up at the restaurant. Try not eating dairy or processed foods/junk. Really helps

Acne is generally hormonal, but I have heard some people react badly hormone wise to soya which is in quite a few things, so maybe look into that🤞
