I have been following Ranveer Brar and Kunal Kapoor and today accidentally got to this channel but I must say it was simple to the point not much unwanted talks, no intentions of making it look complicated but saying simple like most other chefs do.
My fav is Ranveer Brar. The rich history and the way of explaining the cooking of the food and tips is very nice. I too stumbled upon this channel today.
Honestly, when I saw that you were going to do this in 30 minutes… I was like “yeah! I would like to see that happen!!! (sarcastically).” Having said that, I found tremendous value in your video and I am a fan now. Thank you so much. It normally takes me an hour to two to cook for myself. This is going to help me a lot. ❤

Ma'am, instead of boiling the rice on gas with milk. Once washed, you can add it to the boiling milk, pressure cook for 15 minutes or 6 whistles, if possible add soaked sabudana one big tbsp. After removing from cooker, crush it with a hand blender and add powdered sugar and saffron while crushing this milk and rice. It will taste like condensed milk, if you wish to add milk thereafter, you can add more boiled milk. Cool it in earthen cups in fridge
@@SG-gd9zl don't fill it to the brim. Fill it just half. I do it always, milk does not spray out. The other portion of milk just boil it well outside or keep it in pressure cooker as well. Nice caramel color will be achieved

The taste differs and I know many don't prefer this way

Pankajji, what can we use instead of wadis
Moongodi or even soya chunks. Don’t fry the soya chunks, just soak in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze and t by end use.
