The difference between "arrogance" and "confidence" is merely perception. It's is an external title (by definition). They're both based on truth (because if what someone is saying is untrue they're simply called a liar).
If you're calling someone arrogant, it just means you don't like them.
That said... Barkley should go 1, Cleveland should get a QB at 4... It'll likely be the one they wanted at 1 anyway.

Klatt is the brightest analyst in college football, furthermore, he is quick witted and funny. It is really great fun in watching him pound Colin every time he gets out of line.

This video didn't age very well. Mayfield improved the worst team in the league while Darnold was a turnover machine in New York.
4 INTs in one game and no TDs lmao, bakers gone 9 and 1 In TD to INT in the last 3 games. Lamar Jackson scrambles and has no pocket passing ability, and just went 3 for 3 in the last 2 games with a better coaching situation than Baker. Baker was the best pick.

Since returning to the NFL, the Browns didn’t have a single QB start all 16 games. Baker hasn’t missed a game since he became the starter. The most wins by a Browns QB since 1999 was Couch with 22. Baker will tie or surpass that mark in his third year. The Browns were 4-44 in the 3 previous seasons to Baker being drafted, including a winless season. Baker is about to get the Browns to the playoffs. I would say the Browns made the right decision about Mayfield.

But Darnold will throw TDs and make tons of plays. I’m not sure Baker can make throws against tight coverage. BIG 12 wide open by a mile throws? Sure. But that’s not the NFL and typically that is why big 12 QBs don’t work out.

I have no problem admitting I was wrong. Am a Browns fan and loved Baker the second I saw him live in training camp. Happy he is our franchise QB. I still think Darnold will be a good QB. But Baker will be special.

Hats off to Joel Klatt for saying what most of us have been saying for months. I understand you don't like Baker Mayfield's attitude Colin. We all understand that your bias towards California talent. Just give the kid some credit where credit is due. He had a 68.5 career completion percentage. Threw 131 TDs to only 30 INTs. Both Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen didn't have above 65 percent completion stats. Okay, he is not the prototypical QB that is 6'3 and above, but he has what most of these QB's don't have. Leadership capabilities. Plus. He is a winner. You can't teach that.

It's only been one season but it could turn out to be CC's albatross forever. Imagine if Baker Mayfield plays for 10 years at a high level. Accurate, already knows NFL offense and speed, huge competitive desire to WIN and most importantly a TEAM player/leader.... experienced now.

Well this was fun to watch in December. Baker has the Browns still in playoff contention (albiet very slim chance) right before week 16, and the Jets are eliminated with Darnold. Also, Colin's mock draft was completely wrong, and Kirk Cousins went to Minnesota and Denver got Case Keenum, who just lost to Baker. This did not age well at all

Just to say the Jets just traded Darnold to the Panthers for pocket change after a total of 13 wins in three seasons.
And Josh Rosen, well, the less said the better.
Baker just won a playoff game in a 12 win season. And yes, he has a better team now, but he also arrived at a Trainwreck 1-31 in two seasons team.

As a devout Denver fan for years there is one thing I know that John Elway loves, and that's moxie.
Lacking confidence is what helped derail Paxton Lynch and Trevor Siemian the last few years and with one of football's greats looking over your shoulder you need confidence in truckloads to succeed in Denver.
Idk if Mayfield is the best pick for the Broncos, but I wouldn't mind seeing what he could do in Blue and Orange

Well one reason would be that you also have the 4th pick in the draft w. teams at 2 and 3 that have established qbs. Even if that weren't true you are getting one of the top 3 qbs in this draft, as well as the best player.
I'm so tired of people saying cousins is going to denver...he's not going there for a number of reasons one is they simply can't afford him. Secondly if he wants to win he can just sign with the vikes who can pay him way more than Denver and he has a much better chance to win there than denver.

I live in LA, & have followed SC & UCLA football. And, I'm an NFL fan since '57. THE issue with Josh Rosen is his injury history, & personality fit. At 5th pick, these are issues that MUST be considered. At 23rd pick, or later, teams are at a different risk level. THAT'S why I believe
some teams will have to pass on Josh Rosen, good as he is. Is he Aaron Rodgers, or is he Sam Bradford ?? And, it's true, he has a personality that's not for everyone. That's just truth, & it must be an issue for those top picks. Again, at 23rd or lower, it's less. In the final analysis, Rosen may well be Rodgers, he may be Bradford. He's NOT Trent Green. But the question of just who he will be in the NFL, haunt the teams picking in the top 5. And, that's why I still believe Josh Rosen falls to Adam Gase, et al, at # 11. They are an ideal fit for each other. If no, then BB gets his QB, at # 23. AZ will pass I believe, because they are too afraid of another fragile QB , after dealing with Palmer, & now, Bradford. -------WolfSky9

I can attest to it as Robby Anderson helped win me 2 Fantasy titles as he was the highest scoring receiver in the league in the fantasy playoffs.... better supporting staff better oline better coaching Le'Veon Bell Jamison Crowder darnold not 21 anymore LOL you do know that Donald has the highest rated quarterback in the last 3 drafts right ....
