He lies about things he's said all the time to save face. He recently said he never predicted that Mayfield would be a bust, and that he viewed him as a way better version of Case Keenum. What he actually said was that Case Keenum was Baker's ceiling (as in the best Baker can be, not that Baker would be way better), and that his floor was Johnny Manziel (a notorious bust. In other words, Baker was going to be a bust at worst, and a backup at best). On the other hand, Sam Darnold's floor was ANDREW LUCK. You know, the most praised football prospect since John Elway.
His "where Colin was wrong" segment rarely takes on his most controversially wrong hot takes, and focuses on minor things that don't threaten his credibility.

I see where youre coming from, but about 75% of this video is just some dude making some predictions.
Would you say that some friends who watch the Super Bowl in a bar and say things like "Bro, i think New England will totally win this game in the 4th quarter" are lyers or hypocritical? I see no point why it should be so wrong/hypocritical to say "I think there is zero chance that Durant goes to the Warriors" or "Nick Foles will play from behind in the 3rd Quarter of the Super Bowl". Those are just some predictions that everyone of us does in front of a TV like 10 times a game at least. ("That field goal will miss", "they will never get a 1st Down from this 4th & 2" etc etc.)
I do agree with some parts about Mayfield though, where he indeed was changing his standpoint quite often.
