Keep bringing us the really great content JW. Got to meet Chicken Hawk Farmstead for the first time a couple weekends ago, he actually popped in to our yard sale out at the farm. Hope we can also meet in person some day as well.
Our quick hitch assembly didn't push the stump grinder far enough away from the tractor and we ended up needing to shorten the PTO shaft. Happy grinding!
@@projectswithjw almost forgot to tell you I added caster wheels on the metal frame so to be able to unload the grinder from tractor and roll it around the barn as needed.
@WorthDoingRight just under 4 weeks. I ordered 1st of May. Right now, shipping estimates are about 8 weeks out. They have 2 colors. Sometimes one has better availability if you aren't picky whether it's orange or green. I've used my Grinder every week for a month. It's been a fantastic tool.
@@littlebill2601 The shipping terminal wanted to bring it on a 53 ft semi trailer until they looked at my location on a map. I had to go pick it up at the terminal myself. Fortunately for me, the terminal was 15 miles from my work place so it wasn't any inconvenience.
I’ve been sent these ads on FB. This is identical to my Woodland Mills, down to the shipping container.
Looks like quite the piece of kit JW 😊
I've worked it hard this week. It's a great Attachment 👍
Thanks for checking in 😎

Thanks Chris! I'd love a meetup sometime. 3 Hours each way takes up a lot of daytime.

I greased mine during setup and the main bearing had water shoot out, highly recommend you grease before using based on my experience.
Oh no! Guess I better give it a look over then.
Thanks for commenting.

How long did it take to get your stump grinder?

@@projectswithjw did it come on box truck, or short semi with load deck, like rcl?
