Ingredients:
2 cups of full cream milk powder
1 tablespoon of plain flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vegetable ghee
2 large eggs beaten
For the Milk:
1 1/2 litre of full cream milk liquid
1 cup of granulated sugar
Few green cardamom pods or 1 teaspoon powder if desired
Sliced almond for garnishing
Ingrédients:
2 tasses de lait entier en poudre
1 cuillère à soupe de farine nature
2 cuillères à café de levure chimique
2 cuillères à soupe de ghee végétal
2 gros œufs battus
Pour le lait:
1 1/2 litre de lait entier
1 tasse de sucre cristallisé
Quelques gousses de cardamome verte ou 1 cuillère à café de poudre, si désiré
Amandes tranchées pour la garniture

Hi dear , any reason why you use vegetable ghee!
You have options if you do not want to use ghee then use butter I sometimes used ghee or butter it doesn’t make any big difference
@@lailajugon1802 ok thanks but I was wondering why u used vegetable ghee and not cows . Btw I tried it was good but the milk balls weren’t soft enough. May be I shouldn’t round them off but just rough balls

I made rasmalai and i follow all your instructions but did not turn out good,rasmalai balls got split and mix in the milk,can u give me exact measurement of the dough, thanks

The rasmalai stays hard in the middle i use the same ingredients as yours 😟
Few things must had happened the eggs should be large not small or medium for the amount of milk powder and the heat should be at the right temperature as I mentioned over cook and not right temperature can make it hard as well I will suggest to watch the video one more time before you make it again
