    Ok for people who don't give a fuck about blah blah. Here are the food items:
    1) Oats
    2)Lentils aka Daal
    3) Chickepeas - white chana
    4)sweet potato
    5)Fat free yogurt
    Also timing of carbs is important. Eat before workout or in the morning.

    It's very refreshing to see someone recommending basic Indian staple food items, on a bodybuilding channel. Most foreign youtubers are ignorant about lentils.
    A little tadka with half a teaspoon of ghee or oil won't add too many calories.

    i usually use natural health suppliment of a spilluna and noni these suppliment is helpful or not on mass gain or build up the muscles....

    Why do you recommend not eating masalas? Just wondering if stuff like garam masala, turmeric, bit of chilli could be added as they are more or less calorie free and have their own health benefits obviously apart from making food delicious. Is there a scientific reason for avoiding masalas?

      Have carbs for breakfast and lunch. Not for evening meal unless your working out. I lost 7 kg by not eating carbs in the evening.

    Hey Tarun I wanna be shred... I use to workout and once was an aspiring bodybuilder.. but from last 6 years M suffering from back problem... a month ago i got a check up the there's compression in my back bone due to lifting heavy weights... I must mention i didnt knew about belts the time i use to go to gym... Now M not able to even walk for 10 minutes... but i still want to be back on track ASAP and loose weight as because of my back problem i have put on a lot of weight in recent times...       google IF (Intermittent fasting). follow it by heart and you will lose fat and fat only. start lifting light weight with the help of belt (good quality)

      kind of muscle @50 years old for a skinny guy that aamir was in his younger days, impossible without roids.
      But he worked hard, good nutrition, supplements, personal physical trainers and ofcource steroids.

      Have you seen his work out video of Ghajni, It took him a whole year with strict diet and unbelievable hours he put in his work outs everyday. But he definitely juiced for Dangal, cause his muscles too big now, specially at this age ain't possible without juicing up.
