kind of muscle @50 years old for a skinny guy that aamir was in his younger days, impossible without roids. But he worked hard, good nutrition, supplements, personal physical trainers and ofcource steroids.
Have you seen his work out video of Ghajni, It took him a whole year with strict diet and unbelievable hours he put in his work outs everyday. But he definitely juiced for Dangal, cause his muscles too big now, specially at this age ain't possible without juicing up.
