    Tarun Sir, Orange is not a mass building fruit. It is a citrus and helps with your metabolism thus assisting in digestion and weight loss. Using orange or any citrus smartly will help us in putting mass for example, since cantaloupe helps with faster metabolism, if we use it periodically, we can add one more meal a day, which might help us with mass gain. But as long as orange is considered, it is a fruit for weight loss.

    Tarun Sir, Strawberries, apple contain less protein percentage than orange and blackberries. In my recent comment, I mentioned Orange. To pack on muscles, its better to have guava, apricots, mulberries. Dried apricots helps in packing muscle more than the regular apricot. Apple, Strawberries and orange should not belong in the diet if we want to pack on muscles.

    Mr. Gill I watch your videos very often for past 3 months and I got a lot of benefit from it so therefore I thank you. However I love to eat peanuts and it goes more on the craving side leading to good consumption of it(about 50g-60g/100g) daily with other portions of my diet. My daily life is more or less active. Hearing that it has PUFAs AND MUFAs I think that it will not be a problem but still, as you are an aesthetic master I would like to ask you would it be good to eat that much or to eat less than that?
    (Note:I don't eat any other fat; not also peanut butter)

    +Tharun Gill food timing comment in this video is BS. Basically Bro science. These are not proven scientifically. Might want to read little bit more about thermodynamics. Just because I eat a fruit at night not going to effect in anyway. In fact I eat 2 cups of ice cream before sleep and have been loosing weight :). It is all about the deficit and how effectively and creatively you create is what matters at the end of the day.

    Hello Sir,
    I am Sahil, a 20 year skinny guy who has just joined gym 20 days ago. My trainer has made a diet plan for me which excludes chapati and regular indian sabzi and includes food stuff particularly - fruit salad, porridge, brown rice , cheese, lassi, and only shake in the night after workout. The problem is that i have lost weight by 2 kgs but i wanna gain it. And I am a vegetarian. Should i keep following this diet? Should i go for mass gainers ( as suggested by my trainer ) ? please help me.

      +Keshav Khapare Yes they are but nothing can replace the whole food. Whole food provides your body with macro and micro nutrients and you will see better results. If you are running out of time , protein bars are okay to eat but not something that should be added to your nutrition on a daily basis. QUEST bar are nice.

    Tarun Sir, Eating egg yolk increases cholesterol levels is a myth. It is not scientifically proven. But in reality, cholesterol is something that helps in generating our growth hormones i.e test or estrogen and cortisol. Our body requires cholesterol and thus liver produces it. Intake of egg yolks only causes the cholesterol to be directly available in diet and thus saves the liver the trouble of generating cholesterol. So even if you eat egg yolks, it is not going to affect the body in a bad way but will help to increase their test levels naturally. Address this issue in your next video to help others through the myth. Keep up the good work.

      +Amar Muchhala They are good. But 100 grams of chicken gives around 25 grams of protein. 100 grams of cooked rajma gives around 8 grams of protein. So you need to eat lots and lots.

    A quick question! There are times in some of your videos that I cannot understand even one word you speak. I like your channel, and realize you have a heavy accent, but it seems there's times you speak sentences in non english and I lose big sections of what you say.     when i go to the chicken show they don't give the breast part only ( they include 1 leg in it), so what to do in this situation.
