Wiper on my first gen did the same thing on drivers side. Take wipers off first then cowl. Rubber grommets are the culprit and Napa has them:)

.....Love how no ones called this video out. That is NOT a twin turbo. It's a COMPOUND turbo set up. Twin turbo feeds seperately into the intake. Compound has the first turbo feed the second for much much less turbo lagg, There is a HUGE difference. And if your building one please learn that. Cause the difference is huge
It's nice to show off the non cut stack for the people that like it but I do like the slanted cut stack a bit more.

Getting the at the wiper linkages have to pull the wipers off they have a little tap you slide out when wipers are pulled away from windshield then you relax them and will hold the taps in the open placement.
The cowl screws under the hood also at each corner their is screws not in all the way those are locating screws under the windshield rubber.
On my 88 W150 some one put silicone where part of the windshield goes in cuz rust there should be nothing but the rubber and locking strip holding the windshield in so when putting the cowl back in gets tough cut the silicone or what ever is in there out. Putting the wiper linkage bushings in and out just requires screw drivers and channel lock pliers.
I love the look of the flat top stack, looks cleaner imo.

I was always working on my truck in my yard and didn't worry about the neighbors complaints. After suffering a traumatic brain injury in addition to having an operation to remove a few injured parts and being confined to bed 24/7 for the better part of 2 years l found out how annoying the tap of a diesel engine can become when it idles for hours and hours right outside your window. If I am ever able to work on trucks again I will màke sure to be a better neighbor, and be more considerate. You never know what is happening in their life, or why they act the way they do.

Greg, there's a product out there called RAM mounts (not after the truck but just coincidence) that is a universal mounting for phones and cameras that you can attach to your dashboard and not have to hold your camera. They're pretty cheap and they come in different parts so you could have a base in every truck and just take the part that holds the camera with you. You could also have a phone mount for when you aren't filming and want to have maps up or music.

First Gen... Like a Classic Square Bodied Chevy, I Have a 73 dodge power wagon, as much as it is, my next step is a 12 valve. 440 has a new home, So out with it and find a good cummings. Have you seen project old smoky f-1? if not check it out. As for the cup holder issue in a reg cab, they have a clip on cup holders for the door window. for how you drive I say jb weld it to the door so the holder does not come off. Just had an evil gear head thought? twin turbo 12 valve built. then drop it in a hurse. the bigger and heavier the better. exo cage the front with road armor bumpers. Grin

The windsheild wiper thing is a normal thing to happen on a 1st gen. All the 1st gens ive owned have done that.
