True indeed, but please dont disregard the difficulties of mounting such a complex machine. Tolerance issues, wearing of parts and such kind of things comes from poor mounting. Same as with vehicles and with lego. Every single part of a manufacturing process is critical and not underestimating any of those (including tolerance checks, to have the machine running and tested and rechecked to see if there was any part that got out of place ammong others) comes from the mounting stage. Keep that in mind and you`ll do great, in anything, food and beverage, manufacturing and life! Cheers!
Hi, Thank you friend for your upload, i am really happy for you, i want to know the exact size and hight from ground to roof of that very workshop you standing in this video please!
@@rlcustoms I just got my inquiry for the machine in a standard configuration and it was 18,000€ plus shipping and import fees to germany - it'll come to around 25.000€ with everything delivered to the doorstep. This is unbeatable for a machine with those specs. By a equal size from Haas for example and you can easily double or triple this price.
Yes that was a great control but a GSK control from China is about $3,000 cheaper and is a great controller too. I would go with the GSK if I ordered again.
@@rlcustoms do you think gsk is still a quality product? Is Siemens so overpriced? I've heard a lot of good feedback about Siemens but gsk - haven't found any feedback. Also do you know which manufacturer is most quality oriented? I have like eight that I'm looking at and I have no clue which is which all the machines they're selling seem to be very similar.
@@GameOvrMan I had a very hard time getting support with Siemens to be honest. GSK is ran all over the world accept USA so I’d definitely go with them if I ever reordered.
Hello @rlcustoms, I have a small budget and I want to make my own workshop in my home country. I need some advice from you please: do you recommend buying a used machine from famous brands like HAAS or buying new machines from China?
Thanks for asking that question and thank you other fella for the answer, I'm looking at chinese mills as I'm a new start up and money is tight, you guys just helped me make up my mind.

Super great video. As others have already asked, can you share the exact name / brand of the Chinese manufacturer?
you should not run the spindle more than 500 rpm with out tool other wise it will affect the spindle
some build in warm up cycles go 2000rpm + with no tool
Looks like a Syil X7 with a red and black paint job
Price?
Importing fees?
What brand?
Where did you order from?
It cost about $28,000 after everything to the door. Now shipping and import fees are double. It would be about $33,000 to buy

If you would order it again, would you choose same Siemens controller or a different one?
Any tips of which machines are better?
