Hi Macon, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your hard work and dedication. You've truly done an excellent job, Thank you for your contributions.
Did you cut into your worktable ? You should place a sacrificial layer between the machine and the sheet being cut. You can use MDF as a sacrificial layer. If you need some tips i'm happy to help. I operate industrial grade cnc machines.
I had a similar experience with my machine. I purchased from a different Chinese company with similar customer service. The language barrier was there, but they really do try. I found a set of 12 ton machine moving dollies from Vevor available from Amazon and are they ever solid. The crate they came in was impressive enough, and the wheels only cost me $250 Canadian dollars. It made moving the machine around the shop so easy. My machine arrived in a crate that was damaged, but the machine itself was fine. You had a lot less assembly to do. My machine arrived with the gantry not attached and laying strapped down on its side. This is the third machine I've purchased from LintCNC and the first needing the gantry installed. It's not a huge issue, but surprising. I needed to use an engine hoist to flip it upright and positioned on the rails. They said they do this so that the rails are not damaged in shipping, so anyone who is planning on purchasing a machine should ask the seller if they will need to install the gantry. Other than you having a Blue Elephant with DSP controller and mine a LintCNC Mach3 machine, they pretty much seem to be the same machine.
I'm glad this is a long video. I'm 1/4 of the way in and it's already informative and entertaining. I'm definitely subscribing. I have a Blue Elephant 4-axis CNC myself. Looking forward to more videos from you. Edit: I have the ELECNC 1631
Thanks for the video. My BE1325 just got put on the boat yesterday, I’m glad to hear you’ve had a good experience, mine has been great so far, hope it continues once the machine arrives in the states. Congrats on the purchase!!!
The reason there's no ground wire where you attach the power should be that the ground wire directly connects to the frame so that the entire machine is grounded.
Very exiting and it looks great, I also have a plan to buy a machine from Blue Elephant when I move back to Sweden so all this is of great value for me, including recomendations I can send to Blue Elephants regarding how I would like the machine shipped.
Hi Macon, congrats on the new purchase. You are best off connecting the power cord Earth into that brass block with the other Green /Yellow wires connected. That looks like the Earth bus bar for the machine. It looks like the terminal you connected the cord earth to isn't connected to anything so a fault on the power side could leave the entire machine live.
What wall adapter did you use for the Chinese sun pump ? Mine dosent work straight into the wall, and I noticed in your video there was a white adapter on your plug.
I’ve had my machine that still in the plastic wrap more than 3 months now. You have given me the inspiration to take it off and actually put it together 😅. I’m in the process of looking at phase converters to convert single phase to triple phase which was my only holdup. Nice video my man, now get some more on UA-cam with that machine 😅. Oh by the way it wasn’t too long in length just informative and well received.
Yeah... get that machine going! Good luck with the power... I have some more videos planned soon, just have some client work I need to finish first... Thanx for watching...👍
Stumbled on your video researching the NK105 controller. Curious what post-processor you use to export gcode from your CAM software? Thanks a bunch for the in-depth video. It's awesome to see someone using the pendant for control.
Hi, I just use one of the defaults in V-Carve Pro "G-Code (mm) (*.tap)"... dont know what that means, but that is what I use and so far its been working... 👍
Greetings from Omaruru, I was searching YT for any videos I could find on people who had done exactly waht you did, by a CNC in China. I enjoyed your video, I have some questions..... Happy New Year. Your comment about customer service in Africa had me LOL.
Hi again In the box that you received with the CNC ( and you use it for water pump) you have more clamps, bits and couple of sensors. Are spare sensors or must be fixed somewhere on the CNC as I have exactly the same blue elephant CNC as you
So many videos that you see on UA-cam and you don't know how to place a ground wire to avoid static energy in any electronic equipment! That is very important.
Hi man... well I'm still running it with that original cable I connected without a ground, and so far I haven't had any issues> I did however ground the machine as I was getting light shocks when touching the machine while it was running.
@@maconSTUFF I sort it out, right there where the black cable is coming out, is a black cover fixed by 2 screws. Open that and you will see another little screw with a red mark which is the place where you should connect the underground wire
GREAT MAN I JUST GOT MY BLUE ELEPHANT.... 1 month I just managed to run it good. Feel free to conctact me to share experiences. I am about to machine aluminum.
Hi! I’m very tempted to buy one from Spain. I’ve built and worked with a smaller CNC milling machine, and with the experience and knowledge I gained from that project, I could now build a larger one. The thing is, when budgeting my machine with quality materials… the cost skyrockets, and the appearance of the Chinese CNC for the price seems incredible. I completely understand that it will have quality and reliability issues, but that wouldn’t be a big problem for me since I understand the machine. What really matters to me is the structure. Is the structure solid enough to cut aluminum without vibrations? Are the guides properly squared? Are the rails truly "genuine Hiwin," as some manufacturers claim? Thank you very much for your time 😊
He said I don't want to take more of our time but he spent all this time to create this content not man, Thank you man for your great video!
Thanx!... you're welcome..

My rest of the day would be ruined if that happened to my new machine.
@@luxmhznchannel1360 The dude like literally cut into a brand new table 🤣
Also no ramps.... destroyed his new cutter within the first 2 seconds

Can u answer How much did u paid for it ?
I purchased look this same cnc but from other mamufacture lint cnc :) thi elephant have a step motor?

All that matters is you are happy with it. One thing I would have done is get the ATC, your life would be much easier.
Hi macon thanks for the great job you cleared so many Qs I had

😬... thanx, that makes sense... I'll do that... 👍
Put antifreeze coolant in with the water pump, it will help prevent build up of nasties in the water.
Great tip... thanx, I'll give that a try... 👍
Get a chiller and put antifreeze

Hi Macon, how long did you take to master the machine operation? Are you using the Dsp control system?
So awesome.
You are a brave soul! Very interesting video. I saw one of these popup on google or somewhere for around $775, don't see how they can ship it.
I would assume that the motors and stuff are DC which is why theres no grounding wire. It is a bit bigger than i pictured it to be
Not sure... I ended up grounding it myself as I was getting light shocks through the body while the machine was operating...
You nailed it man. It turned out that your plan was not so doggy afterall. 🤘
Wasn't there an extra limit switch in the box, maybe its for you to fit to the lower Z axis.
Hello. which website or company did you order the CNC machine from?
Why not use fusion 360 for cam? I use it for my 6040 router.
Hola Macon no hablo ingles espero puedas traducir, quisiera sabe si tu maquina cnc Blue elephant trae conexion de alimentacion 220 v o 380v
Hi how many amps do you need for the electrical specs?
Do they come with a vacuum suction option instead of clamping?
Hi how many watts is the spindle? Thanks
Hi Nico Video. Works with 120V or 240V? Or can it both Power supply?
Tudo bem passa pra nós o preço dela e o contato pra comprar por gentileza
I'll send you all the info on Monday. I'm out of town this weekend...👍

what application do you use to create g code?
and how to make g code leaving the cut at the bottom still connected to the cut object
Well so far I've been using Vectric Vcarve Pro to create the G-code and in the software you can manually add tabs to hole the pieces in place.
Hi mate, how did you sort it out the problem with the power cable for dust collector?
Hi man... well I'm still running it with that original cable I connected without a ground, and so far I haven't had any issues> I did however ground the machine as I was getting light shocks when touching the machine while it was running.
