Thank you sirji you are doing great job You are going to clear the concepts along with short tricks. For the first time all these questions have been done so easily. Answer is :- 350
*Shortest way to do this* : Fraction value of 60% is 3/5. Since the denominator represents the total value and the numerator represents the amount of change, we'll take the ratio of current year's population (CYP) and next year's population (NYP). NYP = CYP + Numerator (change). Plus sign is a result of increase in the population. CYP NYP 1st year (60%=3/5) 5 : 8 2nd year (60%=3/5) 5 : 8 ------------------ 25 : 64 ------------------ This implies that the population increases from 25 to 64 in 2 years. We know the value of 64 in question is 87040. So, the value of 1 ratio will be (87040÷64) and we need to find the value of 25 _(the first year's population)_ , which is {(87040÷64)×25}, which is exactly what he deduced. *CAUTION: Be advised to use this method only when there's a successive percentage change **_(as in this question)_*
If in question loss% and profit% is given then add both the values 10+6=16% and calculate 100% value directly for CP 100%. If incase both Loss% values or Profit% values are given then substract the values like 10-6=4% and calculate CP100%... Hope u understood this Trick 🤘
The last answer for the selling price is 350 as cost price is 500 and it had a loss of 30% i.e. 500*70/100 = 350....so the answer is 350..its is correct ?

@Ramu Pathak
C.P. of K =500₹ included 30% ,
So 30%of 500 is 150₹
Hence S.P. is 350₹

*Team Dear Sir*
Sourabh Patil how ?
@@snehadua9143 do it properly u will get the ans
Nice
*Shortest way to do this* :
Fraction value of 60% is 3/5. Since the denominator represents the total value and the numerator represents the amount of change, we'll take the ratio of current year's population (CYP) and next year's population (NYP). NYP = CYP + Numerator (change). Plus sign is a result of increase in the population.
CYP NYP
1st year (60%=3/5) 5 : 8
2nd year (60%=3/5) 5 : 8
------------------
25 : 64
------------------
This implies that the population increases from 25 to 64 in 2 years.

64 ki value 16 to 100 kitni hogi simple question itna kiyo guma rahe he
TQ it's a best trick TQ so much for your explanation 😊
Kaushik sir trick
In 1st question - if 16%=64 then 100%=400 this was the simplest method.
har jagah kaam nahi karti agar 23(5/6) % hota to
Ans =350
Sol.
[J Sold to K (100-30=70),
K Sold to L (70+28[40% of 70]=98,
490/98 * 70 =350].
If in question loss% and profit% is given then add both the values 10+6=16% and calculate 100% value directly for CP 100%.
If incase both Loss% values or Profit% values are given then substract the values like 10-6=4% and calculate CP100%... Hope u understood this Trick 🤘
I also know this bro ☺️

Very Nice trick.... It's a valuable trick and it will be save time for the exam
The last answer for the selling price is 350 as cost price is 500 and it had a loss of 30% i.e. 500*70/100 = 350....so the answer is 350..its is correct ?
Yes it is absolutely correct
Bro it is not 500 it is 490
