I always admired these qoutes and speechs from Gai and Lee ...And Feel a surge of motivation when I listen to them..268 lbs to 191 lbs from April 9th this year! ...Fasting 18-20 hours for first 2 months...Weight lifting and maintenance eating for the muscle loss for few months..once I hit 200lbs I started Jogging...10km on the daily now.
There are many people born with unmeasurable amount of gift but the funny thing is Hardwork beats all of them
