You can get those here in 50-100 usd. Up to you, I got one initially coz I had space but you can definitely buy it here.

You can! I don’t think there is packing list rule as per the visa type.

If sealed, but also know the bottles may burst due to pressure in cabin so wrap it well in a plastic wrap.

I would like to carry sealed products and clear paper work for smooth entry in the US. Your expenditure depends on the location you are going. Average Rent can be 1200-1500 usd for single occupancy in a flat.

Don’t bring such items that will be risky. These items are available here in Indian grocery stores you can get from there.
