Yea. I live in Phantoms home state and their prices and quality are just awful. Be nice if they didn't lobby our state legislature to prohibit new licenses being issued for new fireworks stores.

I guess it a good place for average back yard consumer shooters but no a pyro. I visited one of the stores Saturday and the guy had no idea what compound cakes, article or proline was when I asked.
