Textbook is exactly right. This was my exhusband to a T! From the verbal abuse, to the physical damage, and even animal abuse. It’s horrible, unthinkable, and something I’d never wish upon anyone else. Kait did the right thing by streaming this. When you’re at your breaking point you just need to do whatever needs to be done. For me it was packing everything I could into my car and leaving with our son after he went to work (legally because I stayed in the same state). It’s been 4 years since the divorce and I still have recordings and screenshots saved for the day I have to take his custody rights away. It’s awful and I’m so thankful she’s taking the steps to be free from this nightmare.

Yeah, the financial abuse is the insidious one. Most people don't even know that's a thing. Abusers will use money to control their victim and make it impossible for them to leave.
I hope Amouranth finds a way out and to safety. She deserves much better. Worlds better. She is the most hard-working and smartest woman there is with amazing good looks and body. She deserves the whole world and every cent she rightfully earned. I hope she lawyers up with the finest and they win what is rightfully hers.
I hope her animals are safe too.
Her husband really is psychopathic. Threatening the animals lives...then sending all the money to a bird sanctuary is like Penguin from Batman level Supervillian that belongs in Arkham Asylum level psychopathy. Like DC comics are purposely EXTREMELY dark and dramatic for the purpose of illustrating what true evil looks like in a FANTASY. This guy is actually this evil in real life. Like that just shouldn't exist in the real world. That is waayyyy extreme.

I've always had so much respect for Amouranth, she's made so much money and done so well for herself. My friends kept questioning the "reality" of this situation saying she would do something like this for clout. As someone who experienced the craziness of an abusive relationship, this is too real, and it's horrifying when some YOU LOVE treats you like this and makes you feel trapped and scared and gaslights you to get their way or just because they're in a bad mood.

    • @rasmachris94

this was his get out of jail free card, with him knowing people would believe that and make amouranth out to seem like she is crazy.

Apparently Tate believes that if a man and woman are dating and the woman participates in Onlyfans or other such work, the man deserves a share of her profits. His logic is that he deserves it since the woman is “his”.
Also Tate has been involved in a controversy about him forcing women into cam girl type of situations.
Amouranth’s husband seems to not only be controlling her money made from her work, it seems that the only reason she’s even the “sexy Amouranth of Twitch” is because he forced her into it.

From the outside everyone thought they were a cute couple, and it wasn't until the end that we learned how abusive it was, how her life, privacy, and finances were controlled. She tried to leave by herself and she died for it.
This is why I tell people that "just leaving" is not that easy. Leaving is the most dangerous thing you can do, and I hope Amouranth has friends and family who are around her if she makes the step to go. It's so damn important to have people who love you show up so that your abuser will know that you have people with you.

Not true at all. I dealt with something similar, and the best is to keep it private. Hire an attorney without them knowing and give all this to them. There's so many options when you handle it like that. Giving the abuser insight just allows them to continue abuse and manipulation. A swift surprise attack gets you far and clear of the situation so much better. Our attorney gave us specific things to collect that could be used in court and we ended up sending the abuser to prison for quite some time thanks to that evidence. Can't recommend enough to never put anything on social media until all the legal options are exhausted and/or settled.

Thanks for confirming! Don’t matter if you like somebody, like their content or what they do, if you don’t care, or even if you straight up hate it… no one should have to be a victim of situations like these and sadly these things and people like that are out there in numbers!😢
