I have suffered from the lumber region l5 l4 and c6-c7 diffuse disc bulges and cervical and lumber spodolisis last 1year back till now and saictica pain also there i have treatment ayurveda but it is not use. So can i doing yoga namashker please kindly suggest me and reply me.
I have disc buldge in my lumber region and I thought the squart position will hurt my lower back and I was a bit confused if I even should do a try. It hurt my lower back initially and eventually it made HUGE changes in my lower back pain. I just started feeling far far better than my usual day just after doing this in 3 reps on day 1. I started doing this twice in a day in 3 reps each. Today is day 3. I am amazed!
But here in the begging it says: "people with hernia should avoid this practice" and you say that you did this and it helped you. How? I wanna know because i have disc hernia (disc buldge) and i dont know if i should try this
@@dajanadimitrovska9247 don't do anything that hurt you. Instead, do some other light yoga to make your condition bettter and when you will fell comfortable then maybe you can try this slowly. My disc bulge was diagnosed 6 years ago and I do exercise to make it better. Sometimes I take medicine. But beside other exercise, this one worked far better and it's been two week since I start. It feels better day by day.. but if I have much pain on some day because of excessive work, I don't do it.

He told me to bring Complete Spine Scan and told me to use some nerve relaxing tablets for 4 weeks. I not gone for scanning nor used any single tablet. It's really works, within the two weeks one can feel the change. Before doing this Namaskar when I wake up in the morning, I feel pain in my lower back whenever I bent forward to pick up anything or doing any other kriya. Yoga namaskar makes my back strong. Now all most 90% pain in my back is gone(I am doing this Namaskar from last 20 days). Things which one needs to consider whenever she/he will go for YN. 1) Do it Slowly or Gently (Not too slow or too fast) 2) Do atleast 3 cycle of Yoga Namaskar if one really wanna see improvement quickly 3) Do it atleast for a month, once in a day. You can do YN twice or thrice in a day, or one can increase no. of cycles of YN. Just give a try and feel the change 🙏

From 2 year iam facing serious lower back pain and burning sensation in nerve but🎉🎉 with in two days of yoga namaskar I feel 90 percent relaxation I thank sadguru for this wonderful exercise. I felt I got rebirth. Thank you sadguru thank you once again.
You can learn Shivanga sadhana from Isha , that will cost you 250 Rs, with kit it will cost you 500.. I practiced Shivanga for 42 days( Jan- March) , follow the rules and restrictions, bath before went to sleep even if in the winter , with Shivanga I practiced Isha kriya ( UA-cam free) . And I didn't do it to overcome my nerve problem, I did it because I am an angry person. But somehow I noticed my nerve problem getting cured after 2 weeks of starting Shivanga..

All though I will suggest you to download the Sadhguru yoga tools app. It's a free app, but it has every thing I mentioned. Try to wear white cloths, Bath before went to sleep, Bought candles, 1rs per piece type, use one candle, lit the candle, sit in front of it, after you complete your night bath. Food - - - leave tea, brinjal, onion, meat, egg, fish for 45 days. You will be Cured. Try to do ekadasi it will help you to overcome your illness much faster. Namaskaram.. 😊
But here at the beggining it say "not recommended for people with hernia" 🤔 and sciatica and hernia are kind of connected. So how did you heal your sciatica with this practice when it says you should avoid it. I am a bit confused now, i am looking for solution for my hernia 😔
I have a herniated disk (L5) that I got back in the 80s. Sort of healed itself. Now, periodically I get lumbar pain which spreads to the hips. YN significantly has helped counter my lower back pain. Better than taking a pain medication.

Thank God for you sadhguru I was dealing with chronic coccydynia for five years and I was on opioids and still not feeling relief but thanks to this yoga I am feeling relief thank you so much!
I found this very challenging, especially keeping the heels of my hands together when bringing behind the head. When squatting, I couldn’t really lift my arms straight up and so putting them straight behind my head without space between the heels of my hands was impossible. At the end, I cannot sit on my heels. It’s all connected so I will keep practicing
@@anjusatheesh I damaged the fibers in my calf causing pain in my LCL. I think potentially by forcing myself to sit on my heels or maybe from trying to do full lotus. I’ve also been working on my hip mobility and quad strength… Havent tried this one in a while
@@DavidProrok I have lower back issues and I might try this by placing some cushion just beneath my heels for some extra support. Also don't force yourself if it starts hurting.

First day today. Did three. Left knee is paining in balasana. While squatting the hands dont go completely up and completely back. Will keep up the progress

Thank you so much I love this practice. I’m shocked that I can do it like the man in the video. I thought I was much more stiff but I did have to start on tippy toes. Thank you for showing how to do this simple* practice, I have made it a morning routine. It is a quick full body workout, stretching not only spine, but shoulders & arms, and even strengthening leg muscles! With attentiveness, one can feel improvements each day! *By 'simple' meaning for someone with poor memory I can memorize the routine after few video viewings; also for unfit middle ager, with poor exercise discipline, if I can do it so can many others (can do 3 or 7 rounds now aft 2 mths, tho often skipped the kneeling part I confess). One thing not been mentioned is PUT A MAT BELOW YOUR KNEES when kneeling on ground, otherwise will hurt knees badly! ! ! !

Thank you for this . I can't get down into the squat , let alone manage to put my joined hands behind my neck . I have just started and am stiff as a board . Will practice just the hand and arm movements first , hoping with time that instead of sitting on top of the back of my head , I'll be able to get my joined hands , fingers facing up , behind my neck ! 😅🙏
That goes for me also. I will need to practice this in small sections going only as far has hands behind neck fingers pointing upwards initially then incorporate the squat. I'm 74 this isn't going to be easy but full intentions are there and achieving my goal will be awesome😊

So, the next best option is to widen the distance between your feet when you squat, keeping your feet in line with your shoulders. Make sure your feet are firmly upon the ground. …
If practiced regularly, yoga and meditation can yield some progressive results that can be quite beneficial for the students as well as for other people in general. Stress management can also be handled better with this and herbs like Brahmi and ashwagandha from Planet Ayurveda which will give you strength and calms your mind.
Don't try to reach for mastery. Devoting yourself to process is a mastery by itself. Enjoy the process. Look how inflexible and rigid you were, and slowly you're becoming more flexible, flexible in terms of body, it terms of mind.

I did the practice in a live, free session online. I too can do perfectly with tiptoes only. The instructor said it’s critical to be flat. I use a cushion from my kitchen chair. Perfect height! I am getting more stable the more I do it after only 2 days. I believe cushion is necessary to stretch that area. Tiptoes will not do this. @Lisa Stokes

Then I am incorporating this simple practice of Namaskar Yoga into my daily living like brushing teeth after eating a meal. Twice a day ...in the morning upon waking up and in the evening before bedtime. I will journal my progress until I can susesfully complete 21 cycles. Later, I will report my results. Thank you!
So in the first step i inhale arms up back up chest,every with the sound, do this tre times. Now schat down,inhale, arms up,exhale arms back,inhale arms up,exhale back to the chest,now whwn you inhale and get strait your arms back

In Buddhism human species is the first priority and even Buddhism itself is the second !!! Yes SECOND priority. And this is why I believe that this Buddhist practice called Yoga is so effective.Buddhism is the natural way for protecting human species. But I am not a believer of any religion. And I'm not an atheist ⚛️ either. Because I have never witnessed the presence of God.

Can you suggest any modifications for those with knee problems. I would like to practice this but due to knee issues have been advised by my doctor to not do deep squats or sit on bent knees. Thanks!

I have a cervical problem, it opened up all of my spinal cord, feel so much lighter, better and blessed ..
I have no idea how I stumbled on this practice but I'm glad I did. I completed 1 cycle of this yesterday & felt like I did a full 20min workout.
Even I had bulged disc and sciatica pain and this namaskara helped me the most, especially the child pose.🙏🙏

Been 4 days . I got dreams of energy coursing through my body making me feel like i am in a merry go round and dreaming of rainbow circles
this guy is a superhuman,, I can't squat , my belly comes in the way.. Hands don't go up, palms don't meet each other

With attentiveness, one can feel improvements each day! *By 'simple' meaning for someone with poor memory I can memorize the routine after few video viewings; also for unfit middle ager, with poor exercise discipline, if I can do it so can many others (can do 3 or 7 rounds now aft 2 mths, tho often skipped the kneeling part I confess). One thing not been mentioned is PUT A MAT BELOW YOUR KNEES when kneeling on ground, otherwise will hurt knees badly! ! ! !

Thank you for this . I can't get down into the squat , let alone manage to put my joined hands behind my neck . I have just started and am stiff as a board . Will practice just the hand and arm movements first , hoping with time that instead of sitting on top of the back of my head , I'll be able to get my joined hands , fingers facing up , behind my neck ! 😅🙏
That goes for me also. I will need to practice this in small sections going only as far has hands behind neck fingers pointing upwards initially then incorporate the squat. I'm 74 this isn't going to be easy but full intentions are there and achieving my goal will be awesome😊

I found a video of Sadhguru said doing this yoga 21 times every morning is the best thing we can do. So he really means 21 whole cycles, doesn’t he?
@@LinLin256 yes.. the narrator in the video said "this is one cycle of yoga namaskar" .
So to do 21 times at the rate of 5 minutes for each round, it will take 105 minutes meaning a little over 1.5 hours. It’s not practical

If practiced regularly, yoga and meditation can yield some progressive results that can be quite beneficial for the students as well as for other people in general. Don't try to reach for mastery. Devoting yourself to process is a mastery by itself. Enjoy the process. Look how inflexible and rigid you were, and slowly you're becoming more flexible, flexible in terms of body, it terms of mind.
As Sadhguru says don't try to burden yourself with doing it your whole life. Just do it for today. Why worry about tomorrow.

I did the practice in a live, free session online. I too can do perfectly with tiptoes only. The instructor said it’s critical to be flat. I use a cushion from my kitchen chair. Perfect height! I am getting more stable the more I do it after only 2 days. I believe cushion is necessary to stretch that area. Tiptoes will not do this. @Lisa Stokes

Getting the hands, elbows etc in that position is nigh on impossible!! I’m not even remotely close

Can you suggest any modifications for those with knee problems. I would like to practice this but due to knee issues have been advised by my doctor to not do deep squats or sit on bent knees. Thanks!
