Good news is they're finally getting the hype they deserve now. Music like this has finally become mainstream where it rightfully deserves to be. Everyone deserves to hear this band atleast once.
I was just doing my daily search through Bandcamp to find something good and when I clicked to listen for the first time I was stuck listening to the rest!
Unfortunately their new stuff sounds nothing like this. I gave their last album a solid chance and their new song, but it just isn't the type of music I'm interested in. Still have this banger of an album to go back to though.
Theres something so ethereal and just beautiful about all of these songs. The lyrics are heavy but light. The riffs are harsh but welcoming. And the vocalist? His voice is the embodiment of tranquil and nirvana. But at the same time anguish and desperation.

Heavy crunchy riff aggression with that soar-y kind of chorus, I love this kind of shit. I was impressed after watching the music videos but this might actually be the best I've listened to so far. Rest of the album, here I come
I listen to music all day every day and have been for the majority of my mid 30 year old life and I gotta say this is by far one of or the best chorus vocal melody I have ever heard. Such a surprisingly ballsy choice to hammer that chorus out like that. The more I listen to it the more I can't believe how this came out of his blessed vocal chords. Every vocal coach and their mother should listen to this!
The amount fo good music this age, when i though metal was slowly dying or been saturated with so many content new and old bands renew themselves with new material , glad that i still can find great bands like this
Knocked Loose meets Tesseract? I hate to say Tesseract cuz everyone says Tesseract whenever people are saying "this djent band sounds like ______ meets ______" but I'd say it's definitely warranted here. Technical instrumentation, prog metal feel, strong atmosphere & ambience, and perhaps especially the clean vocals, that's all like Tesseract. But the heavy aggressive parts and the unclean vocals could definitely be compared to Knocked Loose. The cleans are definitely like Saosin though too
