I’m sorry to see how things worked out. Road trips can be unpredictable like that I have friends who went on a much shorter trip and their car broke down completely. They ended up buying a new car 800 miles from home and towed the original car behind them the entire rest of the trip. I’m not sure why they thought that was a good idea. Better luck in 2025!
