@@WanderThisWay Yeah, had a flight last year that was completely full too. It's popular route, especially for Americans. It's relatively close by flight time and there's the ancestral linkages. I think that hafl-full flight was just an outlier.
The need to get away from the two prong headphone jacks, who in the hell is going to steal one of those crappy set of headphones? I think the newer A321's have the single prong jacks now.
The A321neo has to be one of my favorite planes in terms of passenger experience

The a320 family is WAY too small for trans-atlantic flights. An a330 should have been used here.
