    Lol, that was a small amount of cayenne. Always love those cast-iron grates; may have to upgrade someday. Beautiful looking prime sirloin

      I bought 2 SNS at the time, Weber accessories are a must have for me. The Craycort grates are superb! I bought the "mirror" grates also so all the grill marks are inline. I used the Slow 'N Sear a lot at first, if I had to chose I'd get the Craycort then the Ballistic Griddle. You can do just about anything with the Weber! Thanks Bush!!
